Love it!

The app is super simple, no ads, if you pay $2 you can track focus minutes. I do wish it was available on the apple watch without the pictures (just the timers) because i much prefer this over the apple timer app. I’ve been using it for a couple months and it’s become one of my favorite apps!

Rustic pomodoro app

Simple and charming, visually appealing. No ads, no extravagant purchases or subscriptions nor ads. The one purchase is statistics, which let's you view total focus time over days to years. You can set the pomodoro for focusing time and rest at any time with ease. I love it! It really does help me.The only thing I would suggest is a tagging system for categorizing focus times and breaks quickly. From there, maybe more advanced statistics showing you a pie chart or bar breakdown of how you spent your recorded time that day. Statistics as they are are OK.Still bought the upgrade anyway, because you guys deserve it. Thank you so much!

Cute little timer app for Pomodoro Technique

The app is straightforward with a timer for focus and a timer for rest. Both are adjustable. No ads. If you pay $1.99 you can track your focus minutes. I often used my phone timer for the Pomodoro Technique, but it is easy to turn off and forget to reset.Having the app open helps with that, and keeps me off of my phone. It does work in the background though if you are doing a task on your phone. Also, there are filler/white noise choices. The coffee shop is my go to choice. The only thing I wish I could do is track my time by projects or at least by categories.

Humble and desiring advice!

I was impressed by the classical (even a little bit strange) style of UI at the first time, which is a huge factor when I use apps, and UX is very simple and effective as well, so I didn’t hesitate to upgrade! But, there’s always a but, many Pomo apps are following the trend to develop Live Activity and widgets as well, I really want to try this app with these new features! Looking forward to it!😂

my fav timer app <3

I’ve been using this for around 2 years now and it’s by far my favourite because it keeps track of the time even after the timer goes off. Tbh the timer going off only feels like a gentle nudge so it’s perfect!! My only “complaint” is that I wish it was available on my laptop as well lol

Absolutely Wonderful!

This is hands down my favorite pomodoro timer, starting with the visuals and down to the sounds. Playing music in the background with the addition of the sounds from the app is actually amazing. Beautifully put together and highly encourage upgrading to support the creator! Seeing the tomato at the end of my study session brings a little smile. Many, many thanks on helping me focus.

A simple, functional Pomodoro timer

I had never been rating an app in the App Store, but today is the exception. Focus Tomato is simply designed, although needed a subscription to unlock anything, but the subscription only contains the ui, and the stats bar, and it is an extremely cheap onetime purchase! Fabulous! The app is also straight forward, with no extra features (such as study room, goals, tasks, etc. They really annoy me!) and with a zero learning curve once you opened the app. I just need a dark mode to protect my eyes better 👀

Keeps me on track! A MUST HAVE for a writer!

If you’re doing NaNoWriMo, or you’re a writer who uses the Pomodoro method/writing Sprints to get your words on the page; this is the app you must have on your phone! It’s totally worth the $1.99 one-time fee to have the “upgraded” version that has a couple of images and more sounds . I use this anytime I want to knock out some writing time. Personally I go between the “rain” and the “coffeehouse” sounds. The ease of use for a 25 minute sprint and a quick 5 minute break is worth it. This is a great app. I’ve used it for years and am just not writing the review. Would give 6 stars if I could!

🌟Best Pomodoro Timer🌟

I rarely write reviews for apps. But, I’ll make an exception for this one. To put things in short, this timer is different from others visually, has simple interface, and it’s ads-free!For the visual, I find it very pleasing as it’s not minimalistic and plain boring. The art is very aesthetically pleasing and I can tell efforts were put into this. For the interface, beginners can instantly pick up where they need to start. The timer allows you to set however long you want your work session to be. You can also set your rest time to however you want. Compare to Focus Keeper, I think it’s overrated because you have to pay just to change the intervals of timers. In addition, while you are working, the app gives you a variety of options to play ambient sounds in the background; Works even if you exit the app! There are also no ads in for this background noise!Which brings me to my last point, that this is all free and has no ads in them! I believe that putting ads would ruins the whole atmosphere this app is intended to created.Bonus: You have an option to upgrade to Tomato King permanently for $2! Just $2. Even though I may not use the data feature a lot, I’ll buy it to support the creator of this app for their creativity and the vast utility this app has to offer. 🌞

Description

## App Of The Day - Apple ## New Apps We Love - Apple ## Try These Out - Apple ## Student App of the Month - The App Brewery (London) Focus Tomato is a serious tomato helping you stay focused.  Cheer you up when you succeed. —— Recommended consuming order —— Step 1: Goal setting If the goal is too big, break it down. Step 2: only focus for 25 minutes * Only focus on one thing * Avoid distraction; make efforts to keep the Tomato running (ex. if someone hits you up, tell him/her getting back to you shortly!) * Better to watch the timer counting Step 3: Rest for 5 minutes * Not suitable for mental consuming tasks * Light activities that are good for your mind and body * Pause your work momentarily can help you view things from another perspective and avoid couldn't see the forests for the trees.
Step 4: Repeat 4 times, then take a more extended rest for 15 to 30 minutes Repeat the previous two steps for 4 times, and take a 15 to 30 minutes long rest —— After taking it, you can gain the following benefits on top of straight As ——
 * Prevent distracting and stay focused more easily: counting down timer brings good stress * Reduce interruptions: postpone other tasks; most things can wait for 25 minutes * Avoid procrastinating: when the timer is running, it means the declaration of a focused time frame * Endure longer: with adequate rest, you can run further
—— Features of “Focus Tomato” —— Based on the Pomodoro method with new spice-ups and improvements. * Do not force stop; keep the flow Classical Promodoro clock asks you to stop working asap when time is up; Focus Tomato only notifies you with sound and does not force you to stop.

You can keep staying in the zone and running the timer. * Fractional time is allowed Classical Promodoro clock requires to maintain 25 minutes duration. Focus Tomato freely lets you count the fractional time as long as it starts running. * Modifiable Timeline It is usual to forget to stop the timer. Focus Tomato allows you to modify the Timeline and make adjustments afterward. * Do Not Disturb mode is available Distracted by too many notifications? Do Not Disturb mode can be enabled when Focus Tomato is running. * Integrate smoothly with other work methods and/or apps Because the app only applies the timing part of the Promodoro technique, in addition to the original Promodoro method, you can also use the Reminder, Trello, or physical notebooks along with it. Good tomato, why not eat it?
