Dislikes

I like that it doesn’t lag... but the biggest concern or disliked about this app.. if you pause it doesn’t let you play it, you have to close the app and start all over again to resume your movie.

Worst app

This is the worst app in the world, they continue to charge you to the Card even after you have canceled. In addition you cannot unsubscribe to "somos next" and they continue to charge your Card also. very frustrated ! and terrible movies.

Buggy

Extreme problems. The steaming keeps lagging. When washing trailers the interface to close disappears and have to quit the app.Needs serious work of programming

Very satisfied

I subscribed for my son to be able to watch videos in Spanish without ads and that were appropriate for his age. It has worked really well for us and I love it that I can turn off my phone but keep it playing the audio so we can listen without watching. This week I noticed that I can also minimize the screen and use other apps on my iPhone while still watching the video. I really really love that feature, but sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn’t. I still haven’t figured it out.

Need to cancel subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and have not been able to. I tried in my phone and computer and it is not possible. I have reached out he them and have not gotten an answer. This app is no good at all. And a rip off!!!

Okay app, needs work

I cannot log in to the app on my iPad Pro at all. I use Sign In with Apple and it will not log me in, just highlights the Sign In with Apple option and then everything else is greyed out. Would like for it to keep my place in whatever I’m watching as well

Doesn’t work

I created the account but it won’t let me sign in. I keep getting the page where you select the membership you want. I got the email from Apple showing my subscription but the app still asks me to sign up. And I did and nothing works. A complete waste of time.

Login

Why can I stay logged into this app, why must I HAVE to login each and everytime, specially since i have paid subcription? This just makes me want to cancel and delete the app.

Was never able to use the app

I would click on it to open it and always said there was a problem with the connection when it obviously wasn’t the problem.

A nightmare to cancel

I got this app thinking that I was gonna be able to watch it on my tv, I didn’t know that I couldn’t in a tv that is not smart... point is, I want to cancel now and its kind of impossible, they say you can cancel at anytime but NO, its a nightmare to do so, I hope I can do it sooner rather than later, wish me luck
