Great!!
This site has helped me a lot when I was unable to get items that I needed and/or wanted, I have had no problems at all with them, great customer service they work with you if you can’t make a payment that week, all the negativity from everyone else (the most part) I don’t get, I would recommend them to anyone!
This is definitely different than the Tires version
I just used the other Flexshopper app for getting tires. The customer service line seems to be more helpful. Just finished paying off my tires and alignment on the phone, and I got transferred to this “Flexshopper Wallet” person shopper hotline to ask how this works. I’ve been in the phone waiting listening to it advertise this version of the program and still no one has picked up the phone... 20minutes now... I hope they answer soon....

From day one , I have had nothing but success with this company. They have without a doubt been extremely helpful, generous and in a class all their own when it comes to customer service . Both on line and calling. Thank you Flex. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely terrible experience
So this app did not do anything that was advertised. I was approved for an amount, went to the store. You have to submit product information through the app. I thought this wasn’t a big deal, submitted my order. Was told I would get a text to show the store. I waited for twenty minutes before I finally called after not getting anything. I was informed that I was out of luck, because order have to be processed manually, and that team doesn’t work weekends. So fast forward to Monday, still nothing, I call again. Was informed orders take 48 hours to process. I thought this was for in store purchases?! The rep had me confirm the store address, and assured me that it would be ready for pickup soon. Fast forward to today, I had to call again, after STILL not getting any information. Surprise, my order was NOT set for store pickup, it has been shipped, and should be at my address “within a week”. I literally could have wasted far less time just ordering off of their site instead of following the false expectations that this for INSTORE.I will be cancelling and returning this product immediately and going with a leasing program that let me shop directly on partner website that had my items ready for pickup in an hour.
Be cautious with costs
I’ve had ok experiences with this app but lately I discovered that when you try to get a phone for example through this. Thier website has the iPhone for 1650 when it’s real price is 1200 imagine you don’t do the 90 days payout the amount you’ll pay for this leash could e gotten you x2-3 of the samePhone. Normally through flexshopper they add 50 usually which is fine it’s good but some items I noticed they try to rip you off just because it’s trending when you try to get it from another store they give you the excuse they can’t buy it from them because it’s on thier site but they don’t really look at the 33%+ up charge they are trying to force down you.
Beware and be careful
I was approved for 800 credit line, and was comparing products to see which one I wanted before buying (I go to login about 3 weeks later, and it lost my account yet said I already had account under my email when I went to try and login and start over) It was confusing me, because I already took the hit to my credit and passed, but was being told to do it again, then denied. Contacted “customer service” and was told that the computer reset my account, but they couldn’t figure out why, and that I can’t apply again for 30 days (so makes sense they denied when I logged back in) but apparently they are completely dependent on a glitchy computer and can’t reverse or fix it, and with it being something like a financial institution.. you do NOT want that on your name or ruining your credit. (Imagine if they get hacked… “Opps, I don’t know what happened, but I can’t fix it” Then ruining your credit score by whatever amount glitches. Nope.
Good Customer Service, Terrible Website
I used Flexshopper to buy some camera gear from Adorama. Everything was smooth and I paid it off early with no issues; make sure you understand your lease agreement before you commit to it, as I believe most of these negative reviews are because people dont understand how high the interest rate can be if you dont pay off your lease early. I give this 4 stars because the website and app design are terrible; I can log into my account, but cannot view any details of my transaction or my credit to debt balance.

I love the new idea that Cash America came up with and it’s called the FlexWallet. The FlexWallet give the customers the opportunity to enjoy their merchandise while paying on it before complete ownership. It’s so convenient for me. I can feel great about what I am in process of owning and enjoy it at the same time. I love the FlexWallet. I even made plans to use the 90 days same as cash, so I can save and buy something else afterwards. FlexWallet is going to be my new thing instead of the Mall and so on. Online or in store, I can own MORE! I LOVE YOU, FlexWallet!
Don't waste your time or money
I had an account, found my item, submitted my order, signed and accepted the lease agreement that they sent me, got an order number and a confirmation email ; then they cancel it out and say if you want to get your item you have to sign a new contract and pay more money than what was agreed to. Total rip off, I can't believe that anyone would work with this scam of a company. Do yourself a favor and just apply for a personal loan or something though your bankIf you are going to disregard my warning and use them anyway don't take the full time to pay, pay it off early, seriously don't pay over double just because you can make small payments
Terrible
They don’t even take your payments on time and when they do, they do it in as many transactions as possible. They have cost me a ton in overdraft fees from taking the payment whenever they feel like. Once these items are paid off, never again. This service is ridiculous. Now they quit taking the payments on time and pull out money whenever they feel like it. Run far far away from using this service, this company has absolutely no organization skills. I have to call them every month just to make sure they took their money!! Like really? If I don’t call you, what is going to happen? You will just take it all at once from me? What is wrong with this company. Please someone answer me?
