I’ve loved this game for many, many years. I started my save file in 2015

But my love only goes so far, it doesn’t excuse the terrible glitches, the times the game just decides not to work. I’ve had to “save” my save file from disappearing forever and that was only bc it was still working on a different phone that I could access my player ID. I have to keep it in my notes just in case this game screws up itself again. I love this game and clearly so do many people, it’s a great concept if only they made their game as great as the concept. I’m not bashing the art style or any of that. Just the issues in the software. Not to meantion I’ve played this game for so long but I’ve ever bought keys till recently. I always just watched the three free keys videos. I’m finally old enough and have my own money and card attached to my iTunes. So I bought some keys a couple weeks ago. Then I noticed my three free key videos were gone. And they haven’t come back. My mom who also plays. I got her into it recently, she bought some keys to speed up her leveling so she could help me on the boat race and her three free key videos are also gone and haven’t come back. That’s crap I think. I was hoping it was a glitch bc no one else has ever mentioned this but they just updated it and I still don’t have the videos. Do I not get the videos just bc I bought a couple keys? Great concept, terrible software.

First time playing

I really wanted a cool farm game to play and this was the top searched and liked game. Boom I downloaded it and it was going smooth at first. So you have a barn where you store all your food and of course this barn has a limit of how much food could be stored at once which is fine of course. What’s ANNOYING is how LITTLE food you have to hold . It’s so hard to get experience points after like level 7 ! You get those experiences by completing tasks or selling food in your barn, but you can only sell the food in the barn if you have so many of the item. So if you have too many of something else but not enough to sell it just becomes hard to get experience because you have to sell your barn food ina different way that DOESNT get you XP just coins . Coins are easy to get but to upstage and advance levels it seems like a lot. I was excited to get to level 11 so I can play coop but I feel like I’m in this never ending loop of trying to make things and I always get the “barn is full” message ! It gets so frustrating so to update the barn you need a tool that you can only get after like level 15 😂 or you can use keys which of course cost money if you don’t have any. And the barn only increases space for 10 more items too. It is a shame I’m not sure if this game is it for the long run . Very annoying space limitations

Love, love, love it but...

I love this game and honestly spend WAY too much time playing, but many of my co-op members and I wish that the developer would build in the option to OPT OUT of the special events. They are fun if you want to play, but if you find you don’t want to play the special event or you accidentally tap and join - too bad so sad - you’re stuck receiving the event items as gifts until the end of the event. I do like that they tell you on screen how long the events run. The current event is running 18 days (and I’ve noticed that I don’t see as many of my co-op members playing the game currently). That’s a long time to avoid tapping on the event and a long time to receive event items you don’t want or need. Speaking of the event items... near the end of special events, the market - which refreshes every five minutes and is a great place to buy items you need and sell your goods - becomes flooded with them and oftentimes that’s all you can find there whether you’re playing along with the event or not. That can be frustrating. I wish Zynga would consider reducing the number of event items that are distributed during the last few days of an event to prevent this situation.

All of the farms have drowned in vegetable oil

This game is fine, but all of the sudden anywhere you send farmhands you get one bottle of vegetable oil. And there’s one recipe that I can find where you can use vegetable oil, that only uses like one at a time. But to make that recipe you also need baking powder that you can only get by sending farmhands to a particular popcorn place that I don’t need to really send them and don’t want to waste farmhands on. So you get vegetable oil absolutely everywhere you go, that you can do nothing with unless you have baking powder which you only get at one place you don’t really want to waste time and resources going. And now I have like 70 bottles of vegetable oil taking up my barn space, probably going rancid. Can they do that here? The kicker is that you can only sell one bottle at a time in one of your market slots, but when you go to buy things you also see absolutely nothing but vegetable oil because everyone’s in the same boat. And no one buys your oil so your market slot is just sitting there used up by rancid oil that no one wants. So. Much. Useless. Oil. Unless I’m about to level up and get access to a McDonalds or something I don’t get what anyone’s supposed to do with this much oil. But yeah other than that the game’s pretty fun.

Started out great

The game started out great and was becoming my favorite game ever. I was happy to finally find a game without a "Candy crush" game to continue on, but this game is awesome and doesn't make you do any of that.There are two issues with this game: the keys and the glitches. I'm making a lot of money, but everything mostly costs keys which are very hard to come by. As for the glitches, the main one i faced was on level 8 trying to access Grandma's Glade. It kept getting stuck/frozen after I was collecting the berries and I wasn't able to proceed. I tried closing and reopening the app, deleting and redownloading, restarting my phone, etc. and every time it would bring me right back to the beginning of getting into Grandma's Glade. And it always costed keys to speed up the berries, because we were forced to, but I didn't realize that even though it kept getting stuck and restarting, it still took all my keys. I wasn't able to see how many keys or money I had because every time I opened the app, it went right into that guy going into Grandma's Glade. It wasn't until all my keys were gone that it finally let me through. Other than those two issues I've faced so far, I do love the game. But those issues need to be addressed and fixed because I do see I am not the only one facing those problems.

Great game, needs updates, fixes

I have been playing this game for years. I keep stopping and reminding myself free game free game. This is supposed to be a multi platform game. Able to switch from your tablet to your phone as needed. The game doesn’t always save and sync with the cloud. I end up redoing hours of a challenge because it didn’t save correctly. it would be nice to add a save button, so that you could switch easily between devices. The other thing is the boat race. When you finish one and go to pick another you can finish in the allotted time. The slots sit forever before they load. It never logs in correctly thru the race the players or What they are working on. I can have 30 places left in my silo, but if my barn is full I can’t harvest crops! And why don’t you give a pin in the prize tent to Nick as Eddie has one. One last thing, players that don’t log in to play over a month should be placed in a holding farm. I hate having to keep track and remove the players only to be flooded with a new group of beginners. Also would be nice to know how many of a item you have when making something with out have to scroll through your inventory all the time. Thank

Prettty fun!

I love this game. I only have a couple of problems...I don’t like the idea that there’s so many options to use keys to buy things or finish projects and the game very rarely gives out keys. Possibly one or two here and there as prizes. I did buy a few keys in the beginning but have decided now not to. For instance, 400 keys to buy a dog or cat that can find rare items for you. I have less than 100. Totally outrageous! You could really go crazy and break your bank. The other problem is for instance the county fair. I can be in 3rd place and by the time I get off work I’m at 6th. I guess that’s the price I pay for working 10 hours a day. Apparently there are people that don’t work and play all day or can play while they are at work. Here’s a tip. If you have a pig or sheep in your pen your feeding sometimes there’s an option to have a partner for free or you can buy the animal. I have found that most of the time you have a partner they never feed the animal so I’m doing all the work. Then when it’s time to weigh your animal and get your prizes the other person benefits too. I rarely decide to have a partner because they don’t help. But I don’t see myself deleting this game any time soon though!

Already rated

Ok so update 2020 I started playing again love the new stuff but my plots have been reversed twice and the amount of keys to remove the things I have already removed originally and yesterday I’m not doing it again I spent 180 keys yesterday bc I can’t put things back where they go and now i calculated over 200 keys bc 3 plots are blocked and zynga is not available really??? I undersatnd but have all your workers work from home bc this is not ok. Still one starUpdated 2017 zynga needs to stop with the contests every month and come up with something more permanent like new recipes new machines and new animals more land and more things to do. It is very old to do things over and over other games are better and I have finished everything and you can’t even upgrade barn anymore to hold more items so I am permanently stuckI wish this app would stop asking me to rate it I've been playing for five years and rated a long time ago...... I would like to see less contest and better prizes these "temporary" farmhands are worthless to continuous players not really worth the effort.... make it so I can make my barn bigger at 940 I can only have 5 of each thing make it so I can have at least 10 so I can stock up for contests same with silo why stop at 940 why not make it even 1000 at least uve updated amount of money we can have now do it with barn and silo.... also that house next to pier make it so that I can do it for other crops I haven't had yet like wheat and pears

Hi ho there neighbor

I really like the game. No need to force Facebook friends to help like the original Farmville used to do. You can do this all on your own. Easy progression most of the time, sometimes I buy and use keys. I do wish it was easier to earn golden gloves. Overall a fun, easy and addictive game. I really don’t like are the cheaters, for instance… today was the first day of phase 2 of an event. I was fortunate enough to be able to begin just as soon as it allowed. Normal progression with basic amount of work but in less that 2 hours another farmer had just joined and jumped to the number 1 spot for earnings with 146,000 plus points and just moments later there was another with 243,000 points. The rest of us just started and we’re naturally progressing at normal pace with the highest ranking one of us at a bit over 1,000 points. They’ll me how this happened. This is not a new cheater issue it is constant especially during phase 2 of any of these special quests. I have reported this through email several times and I don’t even get a response from you. I used to but you are and have been dropping the ball. Will I continue play, yes. Will I continue to purchase and use keys, probably. You do loose money because those of us willing to spend keys to upgrade these events stop just as soon as the cheaters arrive. During phase 1 I always spend keys which means I have to buy more. Money loss for you, high frustration level for fair playing farmers.

My go-to game

I have played this game for probably 4 yrs now. I LOVE this game and I love the events they hold that gives us the opportunity to earn FREE special permanent farmhands. I have invested in this game here and there but it’s not as ridiculous as everyone else seems to comment on. Yes, you do have to put in work in this game for it to get less difficult, but it has PLENTY of advances where you can upgrade your crops and workshops to finish faster, without paying for keys. I’m an impatient person but this game does not frustrate me as other farming games. If you don’t want to wait, you obviously have the option to buy keys and finish things instantly. I promise you it gets so much better the higher your level is!! You put in work, and you’ll see the advantages.. that’s all it is. Also, you can get free keys and other prizes that can help you out by watching their ads (10 ads/day). This game has just the right amount of challenges to keep you interested and leave you feeling accomplished when completing tasks without feeling like the tasks are impossible. Thank you for this amazing game and the continuous effort in the events and updates for this game! :)
