Not so Fabulous!

First off let me just say.....I MADE IT!! I FINALLY made it through the game. This game was just way too long!! I honestly feel like if Angela’s story would have been more interesting I wouldn’t have minded how long the game was. Sad to say that this Angela was my least favorite! I hated everything about her personality in this game. She goes from a Fabulous fashion designer that has great friends and a great relationship to a huge 🤬🤬🤬🤬. This story sucked - even the way Angela learned a valuable lesson just didn’t cut it. The design of the game is beautiful though! Even the animated parts I love! However I think there are still some flaws in the gameplay when it comes to restocking items (only 3 items at a time instead of 6 like before) and earning 5 stars on a level (I can have all upgrades and get bonuses and still not get 5 stars) I honestly don’t know if I’m a fan of Angela’s Fabulous! games anymore. I hope the next story will be better though.

Why?

Gamehouse I would like to start off by saying your games have very good content in them and I love them but...the problem is that ever since you decided to put 5 or 10 chapters free for people to play without playing but them you want us to pay $9.99 dollars just to play the whole game so I don’t find it fair. Not everybody has money on their account so please make it fair for everybody and no I’m not hating on your games I’m just asking nicely if you could atleast lower the price down a little because I also find it a bit too expensive even for my self so please lower the price down a bit like $6.99 that would be affordable for I think most people so please think about this and make it fair for eveybody to play. Thank you very much for your time.

I love Emily and Angela HOWEVER

I’m so angry the format of this game has changed I’ve played all of them and this one by far is just doing the most. The fact that they added boosters and upgrades are fine but it’s too much to deal with HAVING TO ABSOLUTELY CHOOSE to use them and have enough money in game to buy stuff needed to get FIVE STARS! I miss the old format I miss being able to sit down and unwind after a stressful day of business and kids. I have a subscription to GH so adds I don’t care about but this misses on all levelsI’m about to quit and find another game

Developers please clarify

UPDATE: So Gamehouse replied, but without a real answer. They said if you pay you shouldn’t see ads. But what I’m asking is if you pay, do you ACTUALLY earn the double-money offered by ads and if you pay do you ACTUALLY get 50% off upgrades in the shop, or not? Without both these things they’re trying to push ads for it seems impossibly to EVER get through the game and have any fun doing it. I’ll be damned if I’m going to pay AND be unable to enjoy the game. Can anyone commend?ORIGINAL QUERY:I was going to pay the $10 for the game. In the past that gave you the opportunity to play ALL the levels and go for ALL the upgrades and get NO ads. But from reading reviews here it sounds like even if you PAY $10 for the game you STILL have to watch a ton of ads to do anything? That’s some real BS there for your loyal customers (I’ve easily spent several hundred dollars buying your games - paying for a quality product the way it is supposed to be.) If you now expect me to pay AND watch ads, you guys can go take a long walk off a short pier. Can you please clarify if there is ANY need at all to watch ads if a customer purchases the full game? Thanks!

Great game but way too many ads!

This is back to the performance level of the Emily games we used to see. Smooth, no glitches, great graphics and storyline. Overall it’s well-done with the multiple mini levels making the game enjoyable. But I sure watched a WHOLE LOTTA ADS which just should not have been there after paying $10!! I felt like I spent more time watching ads than playing the game! Come on, developers, really?!? Even though I enjoyed this one a lot, I am getting to the point where I may not play any more Gamehouse games if this ad trend continues, which is very sad since I have played all of them from the very beginning of Emily.

Thank you!

From those of us that don’t want to pay the subscription fee, THANK you for giving us the option of watching ads for free! I see people complaining and I understand why? These games are GREAT all GH games so far have been really fun. I don’t mind watching the ads bc the story lines and gameplay is so entertaining. I am grateful to play it at all. So thank you for fixing that!!! And for those complaining about “too many ads” BUY THE GAME THEN. Simple fix. Beggars can’t be choosers

Great Game! Just one thing....

I love this game series. There’s just one thing that gets me, I aim to get five stars for each level. In previous games that wasn’t too much of a problem. Now to get the fifth star I have to play the level again even with the bonus at the end. There are 185 levels not including the bonus games. To complete this game it’s going to take a while. It shows how much you need to get the first star, could you show how many points it takes to get each star?

Ads or progress take your pick

I know we have to deal with ads because the developer must make money. However, in this game, if I am not willing to watch a lengthy series of interminable ads, I must repeat every level 4 to 6 times to complete the level with full stars or diamonds. In addition, the in-game store charges an exorbitant amount of coins for an upgrade, unless, of course, I am willing to watch more ads. The continuous requests to watch ads pose a stumbling block to smooth progress in the game. I will watch with interest the upcoming release of the movie-themed game due out soon. If it has the same no-progress format as this Fabulous Angela, I am afraid it will spell the end of a long-enjoyable game franchise for me.

Slow and Boring

I typically love the Gamehouse time management games but this one is a real snooze. It’s not challenging at all and runs at a snail’s pace. You have to keep repeating the same boring levels to get enough stars to pass on to the next chapters. I played through 3 chapters and it wasn’t getting any more fun so I finally stopped. The never ending series of long ads is also too much to take. Just charge me $10 for the game and let me play it, already! Why waste time on a format thats’s primary objective is to manipulate me into spending way more than the game is worth. The fun of playing these games is to advance with your skills and they’ve ruined that by adding a monetary obstacle. There’s not much skill required here at all. You either have to put in lots of tedious, repetitive game play or keep paying to advance. It’s sad to see Gamehouse ruin it’s brand in the name of greed. Why can’t they be satisfied with charging a fair price for a quality product?

Storyline is Horrible

Let me just first say I’ve been playing Delicious and Fabulous since I was a teenager, and I’m 31 now. But the storylines for Angela have been awful. You think she’s done being selfish after a million games but alas, here comes this game! I didn’t buy the game just to hate her for pretty much the entirety of it. She hasn’t been this selfish since she dated Emily’s exboyfriend back in the day in the Winter game. Why keep introducing a good boyfriend like Killian (that she doesn’t deserve)and have her keep ruining it! The resolution to this game was lame too (if you even call it one)! Another Angela game should not be made unless the storyline is worth it, it took me 3 weeks to get through this game because it was so cringey and boring! Let’s get back to quality instead of cash grabs!
