Nothing easy about EZCast

There is absolutely nothing easy about this app. Wish I could rate features but despite all attempts can not connect to projector. App also crashes consistently.

Worst app ever

The LED projector hardware looks great, but the software app is the worstThe menus and instructions are totally different. With the Pro app is imposible to link the device to the iPhone and with the EZCast it just doesn’t show the same menus as the instructions to be able to link video streaming Only way it works is through a media card as a 1990’s devicePity to have to return the projector hardware due to awful software

Trash from my experience

Couldn’t get the damm app to find my device. Horrible couldn’t even find my device to connect to it.

Doesn’t work for my iPad Air 2

Once I plug the cable to the port on the dongle a trust this computer come on my iPad screen. I press trust and then nothing happens. It shows a “x” between the iPad and the dongle on the screen. It works good on my galaxy note 8 except the volume doesn’t come through the t.v.

Very buggy

It works once in a while. Not the most stable app. It really needs an update. It took a long time to finally mirror my iPad. I noticed that this app works better in airplane mode when searching for device.

Totally useless...

Until the developer of this app and the manufacture of the Qumi projector align this app is useless...I am able to connect device (iPAD Pro 11) to Qumi device but the app will not display the EZCast Pro menu to change/update the WiFi Network settings - app just minimizes. Even after re-opening app the app will not display the menu....Hope this gets fixed ASAP! — PS the same thing happens when connecting to iPhone X.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Two months of trying to connect to live stream from my home church and never could make a connection. Used the DotStone HDMI Bi-Direction switch with the app (switch default app). So out the money for the switch plus the purchase of the Pro version app. To the trash with the switch and app.

Terrible

I purchased the mini DLP mini projector and trying to use it with my iPhone X. Like the review above, I can’t seem to get it going. Directions are terrible and what shows on the WiFi is ez projector not the uni. There are no videos except the one showing uni that I could find in order to get it working. I’ll change my review someone can help. Until then this was a waste of money. It’s a paperweight now. Thanks.

Can’t find device via WiFi setup...

I have the Simplified Micro Projector. Under instructions for “Projection by connecting to router” I was unable to get the device (EZProjector-*****) to show up in “part 3” of the setup. The instructions are vague after that, and there is NO trouble shooting section which surprises me as this seems to be a very common problem from the other reviews I am just now seeing. What may be the problem in the device not showing up? In part 3 of the router setup instructions say to “Choose the name begin with UNI-LINK”. There is no UNI-LINK or any other device listed.
