Mostly works

When it works, it’s perfect! Pictures are killer, way cheaper than you’ll pay anyone to do and they look fantastic! However, I’ve recently started having issues with my pictures not “completing”. They stay in processing or just a grey screen.

Horrible Support/Customer Service

I’ve never seen a company push clients to pay for a service/product that they have already purchased. I bought one of their photography kit a couple of years ago never had a problem until the SD card that comes with the kit stopped working even though it is in perfect conditions, I wrote to support and the only solution that they gave me was that I had to pay $200 for a new SD card and credits in advance for NO reason at all. I tried to explain to their representative Frederic but basically the answer was that I needed to pay again or simply not use their program. I don’t know how a company that sells sowftare and photography tools cannot resolve an issue on their software but request more money from the customers. Overall horrible customer and support service, would not recommend this app/software at all doesn’t even deserve 1 star, and if you do so be ready to do extra payments on everything that’s apparently what they are all about, getting money from customers as much as they can.

Best App for High-Res Wide Angle Camera Shots

Unlike any other wide angle camera apps I’ve used, this app is so far the best bang for your buck! It uses convergent photo imagining technique to stitch several photos taken at three designated angles to produce a seamless wide angle perspective photo. This app is so user friendly, I only spent less than half an hour to figure out how it works. The most amazing thing is I only had to spend $1 to purchase such a high resolution perspective photo for my real estate rental listing.

Didn’t want to pay a photog and didn’t want to buy a lens. This is an amazing app. Recommend using a tripod for best results.

Simple to use!

I love how easy this is. I’ve worked with professionals. They are better. But this is very very good. I use this for those extra shots that I want to do myself. And in a pinch, I can get results that exceed the clients expectations even if I can’t get a professional on site within the timeframe needed.

Beautiful wide angle real estate photos

I used this app to photograph our home to list it for sale. I could not believe that I was able to take this quality wide angle photos on my own. They look great. When I had a problem- their team was very helpful and solved my problem promptly.

App crashing and can’t purchase old photos

Every time I got to click on a couple pictures the app crashes and it gets old very fast. I also took photos back in 2019 and want to purchase them and it will not let me. The app freezes and then shuts down. I have no idea how to get the photos out of the app. Not easy.
