Great App...The EXOS app provides me with instant alerts for my orders while allowing me the freedom to set my own schedule.
It is made me signing in and signing out and receiving assignments very seamless. It’s easy to use and I don’t have to go to several different websites
The calendar is hard to update, we can’t edit our personal info and we are forced to accept a job if our calendar isn’t exactly correct. I miss the phone calls and the ability to turn down jobs without the third degree or threats to be removed from the system.
I’ve use the EXOS app for years mostly without issue but most recently the screen goes blank I can’t do my updates I’m beyond frustrated I can’t be organized like I need to be for this job
Don’t like the latest update due to having to sign in every time
Even when calendar is blocked I still get auto assigned orders It is NOT time effective to log in EVERYTIME AND 2 part verification everytime I can nearly get a closing done by the time needed to simply log in Definitely does NOT make me day easier rather get the phone calls or texts
The latest software version update of the app has made the app almost unusual. App seems to be unstable, log-in access 90% of the time is impossible. The app seems to need work to fix bugs in order to have access at least 99% of the time. Fix it!
Many times i cannot access the expos site to sign in my arrival. The screen goes bkank. Its not the wifi. I like the quick check in and check out because i get the fee verification right away.
Since the latest update I have to log in every time I open the app. With the 2 step verification, this takes place way to long. Have not been able to log in to the website either.
The App absolutely never syncs properly with my default calendar on the IPhone 11. It’s sickening to keep receiving assignment where there are already non Exos events in my phone calendar. Then they say put all events in their calendar which is not convenient and takes forever. This app needs a lot of work to make it functional.
