Used to be great

Just rolled out an update with “bug fixes” and new user experience. App no longer refreshes upon opening and now requires that you manually refresh. App frequently (almost always) freezes after a few minutes and requires restart and relogin to resume function on IOS version. Now requires more clicks for the same functionality. Overall a major downgrade in user experience with what was previously a well functioning app with no bugs or freezes in my experience.

Almost perfect - just missing Apple Watch feature

Great app - easy to use and very convenient. Wish it had an Apple Watch feature to allow one to authorize from the watch without having to pull the phone out. Other than that, very happy.

One of the worst out there

The app very rarely EVER checks for transactions and you can’t make it do so. Even push notifications will not force the app to check for transactions — unless the app wasn’t running in the background first. This app gets wrong what so many other identity providers have been doing for years now...

FaceID not working

FaceID setting in this app says that I need at least one registered identity to use FaceID. Well, I do have set up an identity for my bank, and it works fine. At the same time the settings let me enable Touch ID which my iPhone X doesn't have.So clearly there is suomething not coded correctly in this app.Other than that this app works.Face ID Workaround on iPhone X: Turn on Touch ID, close app, go back in, it looks for Touch ID but then offers Face ID. Face ID then works, even though the FaceID setting in the app is still not enabled and cannot be enabled.

App Unavailable on My Home Screen

App was working fine until today. The app looks like it is stuck updating or something and the only way to access it is from the library tab or from the App Store. Super annoying when the icon is literally on my home screen your system just isn’t properly compatible with iPhone.

Too laggy and buggy to use

Compare to just about every other two factor app I have used, Entrust Identity is by far the worst. When attempting to use it for two factor that a site sends to it, you have to toggle back and forth between the identities and actions screen before you actually see the two factor prompt. By then the site you are trying to get into may have expired the login. Also, when launching the app it often hangs at a white screen with nothing on it. This apps needs a lot more work and it is sad that many large corporations have to rely on this for their customers. It is 2021. There is no reason why a two factor app can’t be fully functional and not cause a delay of over 10 seconds to use (in this apps case we are taking more than a minute to use it).

FaceID

Ignore the other review saying it’s working. No. once you’ve made any change say add alternative face, this app doesn’t allow faceid anymore, clearly a bug that they never bother to fix.

User privacy is gone

The apps new EULA declares situations that exceed the privacy declaration to Apple (contact info only). Entrust appears to be spyware now and this is unacceptable in a MFA app. Dumping one’s bank won’t be fun, but continued use of a spyware app is unacceptable.Updated: Developer response:EULA is part of most applications that are being used by end users. We do not collect any PII information from you for accepting the EULA. Can you please highlight the part of EULA that is of concern to you ?"———-1st and 2nd sentences have no relevance, but thanks. The parts of the EULA that don’t match the privacy declaration to Apple are a problem. Also, a simple MFA app has no obviously legitimate reason from a user pov to collect any data on user activities.

Perfectly worst

The most annoying app ever. It doesn’t even work one hundred percent. Yes, some times it does work and sometimes you got stuck and can’t log in. And you have to call to get help and it will take you 30 minutes and an hour before you can log in again It just a waste of time. Thank you!

Face ID does work on the Xs

Lots of complaints about Face ID not working on the newer devices, but if you go into Settings\Entrust, you can allow the app to access your camera, which turns on Face ID. Works totally fine for me.
