The app is intuitive and easy to use. I love the convenience of storing all my Health ID Cards and submitting claims via app. Saves me time & money!
I downloaded this app for the very first time and tried to register for a new account. After entering my birth date and SSN, it said there was already an account created for me (which I don’t remember creating). So I tried to recover my user name and it was my work email but the email was close but was actually incorrectly spelled by one letter (strange). But anyway, I tried to use forgot my password and it again asked for my birth date and social security number, which you think would have been enough info to get the credentials but then it took me to a screen that asked me to provide my childhood nickname. I have no memory at all of ever entering this in the past. Again, when I downloaded the app it was the first time I had ever installed it. So anyway, I kept entering any nickname I could think of and none of them were correct. So I couldn’t recover my account. And I don’t see any phone numbers to call for support in the app. I guess I’m at a dead end.
I used this app to enroll in my benefits in Italy. So grateful it exists as I didn’t have my laptop and would’ve otherwise missed OE!! Easy and straightforward process. I will prob use this instead of logging in online moving forward.
Glitch at login. It takes you to website, you log in, it says SUCCESS… with a button to close and go back to app - that merely makes you go back to the website login page again. No way to actually get IN to the app itself.
The new looks and functionality is impressive.
Has you log into the main screen via a separate browser within the app but doesn’t work when you come back from the separate window. Just has you do it again. Why does it need a separate window? Poor design. Wouldn’t doubt the only good reviews are from workers. Terrible app.
I am enrolled through my company tried to get the app for convenience everytime itried something was wrong kept receiving ing network error third time just deleted app from the phone, dont feelMy info will be safe
Like the other reviewer, after successfully inputing my credentials, I’m met with a screen which reads:Login successfulYou may now return to the app and close this windowUnfortunately, there is no option to close the slide-in browser page the app has loaded. The “Cancel” button closes the window without handing over the login information. The “Return to the app” button does, as far as I can tell, absolutely nothing.Devs: please fix the broken login function.
There is a glitch during login. It takes you to a web browser, to their website (in app) then you log in and it says SUCCESS, then the return button doesn’t work and if you close the window, the app screen sends you back to login.
When I try to make an account, I type my information, however it is requesting my 9 digit employee number, but my employee number is only 6 digits! I even tried filling in the blanks with 0s, and it still didn’t work. Hoping for an actual update to fix this.
