Opened account in 2 minutes and got my Debit Card

Was searching for a replacement for my existing bank that was charging me fees, signing up was easy and I was able to have access to my account without having to visit a branch or talk to anyone. I linked my old bank account and my money was here by the end of the day. They offer an instant direct deposit switch which I setup without forms or a voided check and I’m going wait for my early direct deposit. Now I never have to visit a bank again.

Awesome Banking Services!

Couldn’t ask for any more from a banking service. Getting paid on Wednesday is great for helping pay my bills on time. The single use card is cool for online orders! The high interest rate is a nice bonus helping me save.

BROKEN APP !!

Downloaded the app and decided to give this company a try. When signing up, it asks you to put in your phone number and says it will text you a 6 digit code. You NEVER receive the code !! 😡 And when you start over and try again, it gives you an error message that says “something went wrong” !! I’m no longer interested in banking with this company !! If it’s doing this from the very beginning, what other problems am I gonna have a month or two down the road ?? Maybe….. just MAYBE, I might try again, in a year !! That is if the app is still in business, which is DOUBTFUL from my experience and this broken app !!

I can’t even sign up

when I enter my email to sign up and verify it, it says the associated email doesn’t have a wallet account, Idk what that means, I contacted support 24 hours ago and still haven’t found any solution! If any one can help, it will be much appreciated

Good control of my money

App was easy to setup. I linked my payroll very quickly, integrating credit cards and other accounts was a breeze through Plaid. Now I got a better control seeing all my money in the same place. Great interest rate on my savings!! Customer service is faster and more efficient than banks, for real!

Zero customer support

Keeps rejecting any withdrawal even for banks without problem with any other financial app. Takes weeks to receive a robotic copy-paste email reply that is zero information. Phone representative know little to nothing.
