Spyware

This company is being investigated by every consumer advocate group, be carefulFirst they sell our personal data to nefarious companies, then we find out they’re much worse company. I would never trust them with money. App asks for excessive permissions. Use a real wallet like MetaMask, ledger, rainbow. They aren’t built by out of touch billionaires for their own personal gain.

The app has bugs

The app is unable to identify the name from your ID. When you are trying to login after the whole process, you will receive a message saying “You have to provide the name on your ID” like you forget your own name. The funny thing is the technical support cannot even help you resolve the problem. If you give up, they are more than happy than you. Smh!

Don’t TRUST this app

I’ll try to make it short. First of all there is NOT a customer phone number to call. My funds were requested to be transferred to my bank account 12/5 and yet they CAN’T find where my funds where deposited. I have chat with different people and the messages said the same thing almost all the time and no solution. I regret using this app. A lot of Inefficiency.

Too much personal data requested

First my phone numberNext my banking informationI can use Venmo or Zelle for this. I’d rather pay the fee then have FB record transactions and feed me ads based on my relationships. No thanks. It’s a build a profile app and when you transact with a blockchain, your transactions become connected. Nope. I’ll pass on this one.

Inexplicably declines transactions and customer service is run by the world’s worst bot

Additionally, the transaction and daily transaction limits are too low, meaning it takes several days and multiple transaction to send even a couple of thousand dollars.All makes for a very frustrating experience.

Fantastic product! <3

Super smooth product to move money seamlessly. I would never ever go back to using other products that charge fees. Moving money across borders has been a pain with exorbitant fees and Novi solves this.

Too early for prime time

The options are limited to only one country Guatemala at this time and that is not very useful There is no evidence that other countries are in the pipeline. Countries such as Switzerland, Singapore, Greece , Ukraine etc., which have accepted Crypto as a payment are not in the list yet.
