Why isn’t it working??

This was by far like the most used app on my phone. I used it at least once a day with how much I enjoy learning and reading and downloading. I’ve never had an issue except very occasionally, which had to do with my wifi itself. But out of the blue about 2 weeks ago it completely stopped working. And I still cannot get it to, no matter what I do or how I try. I even tried that other app you guys have like this one and it doesn’t work either. But the most annoying part is the fact that it won’t tell me why it can’t be processed?? As soon as the document or whatever is finished uploading (which sometimes takes a ridiculous amount of time) it says that I can leave the app, so it should be about to start converting. Instead every time, a few seconds later, it gives me an error (it doesn’t matter if I stay in the app the whole time or not) And this has been happening with both of them for two weeks. It just doesn’t make any sense why out of the blue it just won’t work on anything no matter what. Which is really upsetting because I need this app lolI’d give it 5 stars if I could still get it to work properly… so I’m giving it only 3. Which is generous because I’m very disappointed.. anyways… Please help me fix this!!! If at all possible that is.. I NEED this app to work again haha

Best, most reliable app

Hands down the best ebook converter I’ve ever used. Layout, speed and ease of use is top notch, esp when you need to do multiple conversions for same file, etc. The ads are infrequent and short, and by far the least intrusive of ANY app I have used. LOVE LOVE LOVE this app!

It was awesome, not anymore

It worked like a charm for almost two yrs. Well, today, I discovered that it can no longer convert anything to pdf. It constantly ends up with error message and no explanation at all. I checked here for an update, or at least explanation but I got none. I know, the app is free. But IT WORKED and now it does not. If they excluded PDF from their app, they should’ve excluded it from the formats list as well.

Best Ebook Converter

Fairly fast converter and even better that is completely free (but has ads!). Sometimes it won’t let me click out of the ad after it’s done but other than that this app is perfect! I haven’t tried converting images but it works amazing for ebooks.

Zero Issues

I’ve used many converters over the years in my quest to expand my eBook library. I’ve compared this to desktop programs and can honestly say this works so well, I no longer bother using the PC to perform these tasks.

No more PC

I now don’t have to waste my time using my laptop to convert ePub files to mobi for my kindle Ereader I just do it on my phone or iPad and it takes me about less than 20 secs. And the ads are not bothering as I expected it to be great app.

Excellent app.

Works very well and without any issues so far. I also appreciate how it doesnt lock out any features or formats and isn't intrusive with the adverts.
