Doesn’t work
App is not working with Pearson credentials, customer support is none existent 👎🏾
Terrible.
I put in the wrong password (my bad) but the screen it took to me to give me options for resetting it or contacting customer service didn’t have a back button or a way to get back to the log in screen so I had to delete it and reinstall it once I changed my password on my computer. Fine. Great. But when I finally got in, it had my old chemistry book in there and nothing else! I was sent to the app in the first place by the “other resources” tab in my Spanish class, not much of an additional resource if the only thing there is a book from a class I’m not even in anymore. There isn’t a search feature or some other way to find my Spanish class, it’s just the chemistry textbook. And what good is that anyway? That book was the least useful thing in passing Chemistry in the first place. Reading the dang thing on my phone certainly wouldn’t have been useful either. Thanks for nothing, Pearson. For how much your textbooks are you’d think you could come up with a halfway decent app.
Doess’t Work
I’m sure the app is probably a fine replacement for the web version, I just can’t log in.
Pearson Cares Only About Money
If they actually cared about learning they hey would fix the app. This app is so awesome when it works. But it never works. If you enlarge an image you can’t then go back to normal size. If you try and refresh a module after mastering and get out before completing it, you then get switched to review mode and cannot get back to refresh mode. Pearson could easily fix this if they cared.

Not sure what the 1 star reviews are about but so far this app has helped me a lot and not glitched.
Why make it only for a phone?
I think mot having an iPad version is a serious mistake. No problem loving out but just not user friendly on an iPad.

Would be amazing if it worked
I was excited to use this app but I can’t even get passed the login screen. I am 100% certain that my credentials are correct because I’m sitting in front of my computer logged into Pearson with the same credentials. (This is the first review I’ve ever written. That’s how frustrated I am with this situation)
Works fine
I haven’t had any issues with this app. Let’s me complete DSM while I’m out & about.
Glitchy
The double tapping does not work well. It is ver difficult to study this way. Please find a better way to pick answers.
