Super easy to do for recording calls and transcribing them

This is a super easy app to use and set up. If you need to record important phone calls and have them transcribe this app is really accurate and a useful tool to use. Took me less than 5 minutes to set up and account and get started to make my phone calls. If this is something you need regularly you can’t go wrong.

Awesome App to record

A+ Customer Service, Fantastic App, (i have an iPhone) this app Did exactly what it was supposed to. Very easy to use. Very Easy to record, without any interference. A free app for 20 minutes. I paid $10. For 100 minutes, & wanted to cancel after the one call that i needed this for. didn’t need after 1 call. I sent a msg, Jes called me w/in minutes, stayed on the phone w/me walked me thru very easy cancellation- & was super frienndly. Highly recommend this app for anyone wanting to record a conference call, or just a call!

Only giving 3 stars

The app works great but back to my old app because this one lets the other side know they are being recorded and in my state you don’t have to do that. Tell sprint or any company you are recording them and they will tell you they can’t talk to you even after telling you they record all calls. This is so they can say we have no record of that fix of a $50 credit we did after making you hold on the phone for a hour last month. Your better off getting another app or putting it on speaker phone and using a cheap digital recorder.

Easy to Use High Quality Recordings

The recordings were totally clear. They sounded just like when I was on the phone. It was really easy to set up and navigate. Recording a call was also very easy. Just call the number from the app and it starts recording. All in all great app, it is very helpful if you need to record and transcribe phone calls.

Ok not what I expected

I have only made one call as a test, and apparently you have to wait longer than anticipated before merging the calls. I had called my wife and then opened the app and had it start recording. After I merged the call, she was clearly able to hear it say that I am now recording and have 20 minutes remaining (the free monthly minutes). It would be better to just record automatically without such a process. You know, like EVERY company does with us! But it did clearly record every word. Don’t know if I will pay for it though. I was expecting something more.

Fraudulent billing practices!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I used this service in 2017 for a school project. I signed up and paid for one month of service. In 2018 we noticed we had been being billed a monthly $10. So I reached out and they explained the oversight, cancelled (my non existent subscription), and refunded our money. HOWEVER In January of 2019 my husband noticed a $10 charge. I called, left a message and asked them to refund and to please take me out of their database. I never heard back and I forgot about it. We just realized that they have continued to bill us ever month for 2019 (Jan-Nov). I’ve reached out to Nonotes, and have received no response. We have reached out to our bank who has credited us the last 3 months but we will have to wait to hear from a live person at NoNotes to get our $80 back and get our name taken out of their database so that we don’t get automatically billed subscription again in 2020.

Terrific App! Fantastic customer care! Overall Amazing product & Service!

I am thrilled with this Service & today I signed up for unlimited recording/transcribing and membership! I have been a victim of bulling and Id theft where the criminals and bullies have used the phone as their weapon...this service can make them accountable for their words and their actions and provide proof to the proper authorities! When I first downloaded the trial version I was introduced to the best customer care personnel (Jess)...She is patient, kind and soooo very nice with exceptional communication skills that supersede my expectations in every way! Today she patiently walked me through step by step recording incoming and outgoing calls! Even providing me with direct access to her assistance for all my further questions! Truly an Unprecedented and excellent level of service and superb customer care! Her technical knowledge of all applications of both the app and the iPhone made today’s call a seamless merging of learning and utilization for this AMAZING product-I would highly recommend this service to everyone!

Easy to use and great customer service!

NoNotes has been amazing for and to me. When Covid-19 forced me home from work, NoNotes allowed me to be able to continue to interview people with ease and allow me to produce content which has made me important to my company. When I’ve had questions or ran into trouble of my own making, Jessica in Customer Service helped me out with speedy service and a big NoNotes brain. I love this App and site, thank you!

Useful app!

I have never come across an app quite like this and it is so incredibly useful! I make a lot of business related phone calls that I often have to take notes for, but this app eliminates that so I can give my full attention to the conversation. The recording was nearly perfect as well as the transcription, it was shocked how well it worked! I can’t recommend more for any important phone calls!

The absolute best!

I am writing a book that involves many interviews and No Notes has been invaluable! Many services want $40 per hr while No Notes charges only a small monthly fee for unlimited.
