Don’t even open it

This app is set up to make you unknowingly subscribe. I have been charged for the app even after I sent a (just in case) email to the developer that stated that if I was subscribed somehow, please immediately unsubscribe me and cancel and do not charge me. My account was just charged after a week and I have to go through apple support to securely unsubscribe me and refund me. Not acceptable.

The application no longer works.

The app is no longer recording phone calls. I will dial-in to the number it will say this call is being recorded and then after I hang up the recording never shows up this is been the case for the last week. I am missing some very important calls that needed to be recorded. That is why I bought the most expensive unlimited plan.

Great app / easy to use

This app is so easy to use. You just dial out using the app, then dial the number you wish to call, and merge the two (as if it’s on 3 way). If you would like to record an incoming call, you accept the call, then dial the app, and merge the calls. There is a slight delay in the phone conversation, but the person on the other end has no idea, and you can pretend the phone cut out if you don’t hear what they said! I used this for a conference call at work, and it was perfect. My call lasted about 20 mins, on a conference line with 3 other people, and the quality of the call was perfect. The only thing I noticed that might be a concern to some, is that the company can delete your recordings after 30 days, so if you need it, back it up onto another device. You can also rename your recordings, so you don’t have to listen to all of them, while your looking for the one you want or need.

Very impressed

iPhone 8+ I used this for outgoing calls and if you follow simple instructions this app does everything it says it can. Very clear recorded audio on both sides. Very quick to retrieve conversations and save them, email em etc. glad to have found this app

I have been paying every month and I have no recordings

I don’t understand how This is allowed. I have paid each month. The first month I was able to see my saved recordings once may 1 hit nothing gets saved that’s recorded. I have tried to contact customer service three times. And I’m still paying since it on auto pay on Apple Pay. I want my money back and my service stopped it this is what this app does

IF YOU WANT TO RECORD CALLS, DON’T GET THIS APP

I am a journalist for a newspaper. We receive calls and do over-the-phone interviews so we heavily rely on phone recordings. When using this app, I only got about three recorded calls in before it started glitching out and not recording my phone conversations. I had to re interview multiple people because this app didn’t do the only job that it’s supposed to.I am not one for writing reviews but after receiving no message back from the support email or the developers of this app (i direct messaged on them instagram as well) I felt that this deserves a public response and to warn others: save your time and money. Don’t use this app.

Got my $$ so they don’t care

I bought a one-year subscription back in October and it worked great. Now that I REALLY need to be recording certain calls, nothing records. I follow the steps whether calling or receiving, get the voice telling me the call is being recorded, merge calls, see both numbers scrolling across the top of my screen, but when the call is ended...nada, zip, zilch. 🤬 I requested help via two different email routes, but zero response. Sure, it’s our year of COVID-19, but these people don’t work from home?!?!?! Do they not update the app to work with the latest OS???DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SUBSCRIBING TO THIS APP!!!

Not working

I’ve been using this app for 2.5 yrs now and for the past week it has not been uploading my recorded calls, it has been cutting my voice out of calls to the point where I can hear the other person but they can’t hear me. I loved the app but as of lately it being horrible
