Board Chat is my life

I am a 72 year old man and I simply love this app I have talked to people all around the world Kuwait, Brazil, Wales, Egypt and a bunch of other places. I sit at home all day while my daughter and her husband are at work and I get board I can just text one of my friends on here or text someone new. I don’t drive so I can’t go anywhere. I don’t get around to good and it’s hard. We started a chat group and I hope it goes over big. On here I can get support that I need to keep going I Love Everybody on here God Bless Them All

Great concept but…

When I downloaded this app I, like many others, was bored and wanted to chat with other people with no strings attached. And it was fun for a bit, but people just don’t respond when I text them. I don’t mean the same people, but I’ll text a new person and never get a response. Unlike most people, it seems, the devs don’t respond to me either when I ask questions. So, it’s fun when you are texting people, but I just can’t seem to get in contact with them in the first place. So I downloaded the app to find something else. Again, great fun when you are texting others, but waiting for responses is simply boring

Very unique

This app looks a little sketchy in the beginning, but it’s really not a dating app and I met my BEST FRIEND on this! And we’ve been friends for almost a year now🥳🥳 it’s very different from most apps in the sense that you don’t have profile pictures, and you don't have to post photos of yourself in order to make an account. That way, the people who text you are truly talking to you for your interests and not just appearances, which I like. I have met the coolest people on here from the coolest places. And since it’s not like any other app I’ve seen, the people on here are so much better.

Great but....

I’m really enjoying this app talking to new people. It’s allowing me to have a conversation with people and I’m getting to make new friends. Here the “but” part though. It shows I have a text from someone but when I check it, it says my messages are up to date. I sometimes even have to offload the app just to see my texts. And it’s not just offload then reinstall I have to actually wait in order for me to be able to see my texts. I really love this app and I’m hoping you could fix it. Other then that this app is super great!

I really like it!!

Awesome concept I have been looking a for chating app but most apps have PM and too many weirdos this eliminates that completely honestly there are a few things I would like updated like the refreshing glitch some message would show up some won’t plus you can’t change notification at will. tried about four time won’t even pop up on the notification list but other than that great job routining for ya P.S. please don’t add photo option in my opinion it really kills the whole Anonymous thing you got going on you get to know someone at the core instead of starting at the top layer

Friendly People

I am a pretty social person so I wanted to find more people I could chat with. After being very disappointed with other online platforms I finally found this app. All of the people I have chatted with have been super friendly and very respectful. The creator even interacts with people from time to time and they are super friendly. If you just need someone to chat with this app is perfect for you! I’m impressed with what you get for free. My only complaint would be the layout can become confusing sometimes but I’m sure that will improve with time :)

Pretty good app

It’s a really good app, most the people I’ve messaged on here are friendly. I’ve personally only had one time so far that a person was creepy on here but the developers banned them really quickly. Although it feels like the people I’ve been messaging since I started using this app have not been responding to me(They usually responded to me within a day)? It might just be that they are too busy or don’t go on the app very much anymore, it might be a bug on here too 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Other than the bug and that one creepy person this app is awesome!!

Plz fix!!!!!!

Hey hey!!! First the apps actually really good. I’ve met lots of people and for a while I wasn’t having any problems. But now the app has started to not load conversations or it’ll be stuck on “finding friendly people”. Just an hour ago, I had sent a message and it showed that I hadn’t even opened the message (twice for 2 different conversations). It also randomly chooses when it’ll notify me that I’ve gotten a new message. I have tried turning off the notifications then turning them back on but it doesn’t work. Hopefully this gets fixed because other then that I do enjoy the app.

Excited to see what’s coming :)

I love the concept! The transparency is a great way to keep out the creepers. Sometimes it’s nice to just chat with people who just want to chat back. Nothing serious, nothing lewd. I think an improvement would just be how smooth everything works and flows into each other. I’d also love it if we were able to further customize our profiles. A more aesthetic presentation would also be an amazing update as well! Otherwise, I can’t wait to see how this app develops!

Great app! Would like to keep using it, but am having an issue.

I asked to have my data cleared at an earlier point. This was done nearly instantly and effortlessly - I appreciate that a lot, but now I think the side effects of whatever was done are showing. I’m completely unable to message anyone, even the developers! My messages show up as sent, but I receive no responses at all. I also get absolutely zero new messages. I really like this app, and would love to keep using it. I met one of my closest friends on it and would appreciate the chances of making more. I’m hoping the developers see this and reach out with intentions of helping fix my issue :)
