Way overpriced

I’m giving it a two stars because a could never actually use the app to its full potential due to the fact that the subscription prices are astronomical hight for a kids app! Keep that in mind before you download and waste your time! Not to mention the developers responses to all the negative feedback is pretty pathetic. What a terrible company. Seriously don’t give these idiots your hard earned money. They literally emailed me and tried to justify the cost of the app which didn’t make any sense at all. This is a company that does not care about children all they care about is the almighty dollar!!

I cannot load the books on my iPad

I am on an automatic renewal for the Bookful app and my granddaughters love the books. But I have not, for the past several months been able to load any of the books on my iPad which has system 16.6.1. In fact, the app freezes my iPad, so that I must restart it to even access any other apps. Can you please explain the problem? I did read that you are working on accommodating the more recent Mac systems, but right now I have an expensive app that just doesn’t work, and my granddaughters aren’t getting to read some of their favorite books.

Reading made Fun

My granddaughters can’t wait for my visits, so we can do Bookful together. They will sit for hours reading the stories and playing some of the games. They are very close in age and enjoy showing each other the new books they have discovered. Thank you for providing an outstanding program that children can actually play and learn from.

Great app for kids reading

This app is great for kids learning to read. It keeps their attention and makes reading fun. There are a few issues and features that could make this app a lot better1 for some reason the narration tends to cut out and require restarting a book or the app randomly2 it would be great to add a read with me type function that allows kids to read and tap on a word when they get stuck3 overall the app is a bit choppy/clunky and would be nice if it ran a little smoother4 more interaction with the stories. There are a few store sites that react when you touch the picture, it would be free at to add more of them

Children Dream

My grandchildren who are 5 and 7 LOVE that this app reads to them or they can read the book themselves It has helped them learn to read. The pictures to each story are well done. My only wish is that I would be able to send them a story from this app once in a while because they have to be at grandmas house to enjoy these stories.

We love Bookful!

As a working mom it became too time consuming going to the library every week to check books out. I found Bookful and it changed our reading! I no longer need to go to the library and sift through books, Bookful has all we need! My son loves the quiz time books and games that go along with the stories. We take Bookful with us everywhere! Highly recommend!

Got a lot of bugs

In theory this app would be a great app for kids and my daughter loves it when it actually works. It’s hard to even sign in on anything other than my iPhone because on any other device it won’t even let me type in my email, it keeps giving her level 4 books which are way too hard for her and it won’t let me change it to an easier level, it won’t even let her scroll through all the books and it drains my iPhone battery BAD. If they would fix these issues I’d give it 5 stars because she does enjoy it.

An Interactive Reading Experience

My toddler and I read Bookful books every night before bed. The selection is amazing. Bookful has many interactive books based on popular and well-known children’s shows like PJ Masks, Peppa Pig, My Little Pony, Sesame Street, etc., but we also enjoy discovering new books/series/songs. You interact with the books by tapping icons found in the pictures, finding things, or answering quiz questions, all of which trigger animation sequences. Bookful has more than just books. There’s art/painting, mini-games, and more.

Customer service poor

Hello, I submitted a review before. Due tj all of the problems we had with the app I was told you all would extend our subscription until January of 2022 however it still says October 2021 under our subscriptions. When I email you all all the last says is to submit another ticket?! Nogna Livne?? I need our subscription to reflect the extension you all said you would give without more multiple emails or contact?! Can you contact me directly please?! Your customer service needs much improvement!!!!

Making reading fun for ANYONE!

My kids are doing AR and have to read sooo many books to reach their 9 week goals. They used to get so annoyed when I would call them to read their books! NO MORE! And seeing each word light up helps them recognize the words so much easier. When they go back and read it themselves they don’t get frustrated. Bookful is a Life Saver.
