Micro-transaction Nightmare

This game is decent if it weren’t for the god awful and predatory number and value of micro transactions. I get cosmetics and some micro transactions, you should be allowed to make money off your game, but this is straight up disgusting. The money amounts are ridiculous for what you get. The updated the game to be more appealing to kids, in my opinion anyway and then include all a micro transaction for basically every resource in the game. It’s unbalanced and some of the new animations make it very difficult to see what’s happening at times. Not to mention the actual functions in the game got more difficult to use for some reason, at least compared to the OG battles. No more Bloons games for me.

Such a Disappointment

This game is poorly optimized, my iPhone 11 gets hot after a few battles. There’s constant lag, sync issues in game, lag when you use a tower boost which is very bad because usually I’m boosting only if I’m about to die and by the time I press it and the game receives the command I’m already dead because the boost didn’t activate. The UI is too small, I have no idea if certain bloons sent to me are camos, compare this with battles 1 where it is blatantly obvious if camos were sent. There’s lag when you sell towers, which makes micro harder. The bloon pathing is very confusing for new players. There’s certain maps that change the pathing of the bloons each round or remove towers off the map with map changes, just things completely unnecessary that frustrate new players. Late game doesn’t exist anymore either. The game ends round 50 in normal mode. There’s also no stats for opposing players. In battles one you can click on a player’s profile before a match begins and see how good they are with win/loss and badges. If there’s one issue I can put in particular why I’m deleting the game though, it’s the small UI. I’ve lost several games where I had no idea what bloons were sent to me. Are they camo purples or camo leads? I don’t know they look the same to me.

Hello ninja kiwi I have a couple issue’s

so first of all THIS IS THE BEST GAME EVER But I think you need to make xp easier to get or make the upgrades for the tiers cheaper second I think you need to make a single player where you play by yourself and see what level you can get up tothird can you please make where you don’t have to get different towns to get different tiersfourth please make where you have 4-6 slots to equip your towers in other than that I love this game please respond or reply

Fun, unique, original. Just one problem.

this might be my favorite tower defense game of all time ( except for 6 ) not only is it free, it comes with a whole new concept that isn't seen anywhere else. The “battles” part. You compete against another player, whoever depletes their lifes first, loses simple but fun! So you might be wondering why i rated this 4 stars. Thats because of balancing. In this game you are 3 types of people. The spammer, the late-gamer, and the normal player. And let me tell you, the spammers are a real problem. Not to mention that for people who want a good late game match, usually cant get that from the sheer amount of people with no skill sending rushes. And dont get me wrong, i know thats the point of the game, but its so annoying when they spam you, you can defend easily, and then they cant even take their own medicine when you spam them back. All i want is a good long match and instead i get a bunch of regen rainbow blooms. Also round 27 ddt rush. I Yayy! Now this doesn't mean that you cant rush, i totally encourage it, as long as you do it right! Also one more thing, please, and i mean please nerf Jericho. PLEASE.

Issues I always run into

I love this game and have even spent real money which I normally don’t do but there are issues that need to be addressed or fixed because I have problems everytime I play, One of the example is as of recently I’ve had to update the app everyday I get on or once a week I recently updated the app and on the very next day of playing I’ve had to download supposed new content and even with good wifi connection it takes almost 15 or 20 minutes to update and you have to be in the app to update it. Also in some games not all either my connection or the other opponents connection is bad and doesn’t allow me to send balloons it fills up and doesn’t send out the balloons to my opponent nor can i send more balloons which is essential to getting eco in this game and lastly I don’t know if this is just my opinion but a fortified ZOMG is too strong I’ve been able to pop DDT’s and BAD’s faster than I have been able to compared to a fortified ZOMG Thank you.

This game used to be so fun now only people who are stupid should play

I used to love this game till you make an tier limit it never felt like a challenge anymore Cuz all teir 5 are a challenge to overcome on your side or the opponent side.You made this game so bad because of that one move that I am so close to delete this game and possibly the other games made by you.I don’t know what you were thinking when adding a tier limit I can’t use my tier 4 because of you “you know what I think it is a challenge” well guess what. It’s not a even playing field cuz someone could have a tier limit of 4 while you are stuck with the limit of 3. That is not a challenge cuz you know you already lose because you made this a rule in an update.I’ll give you 5 months to fix/remove from the game or I am deleting this stupid game(now)And I think you would get A LOT of long time players Witch means more money for youThis game is so bad it’s should be thrown out.People who are so stupid/new will never experience a tier 5 battle cuz they are stack at tier 3 and it’s always been thatThat is a lie it used to be so much betterAnd this game is a money grave cuzI think you need to pay In order to increase the tier limit DO NOT GET IF YOU NEVER PLAY THIS TYPE OF GaME CUZ ITS WORTH THROWING IT AWAY

Decent game (Mid)

This game is honestly good and pretty fun at times but btd battels 1 was honestly so much better. The diffrent types of battels you can do with madalions it was like wagers. Now it’s like clash of clans where you have to just work your way up without any reward but just being able to use certain tiers at higher trophies. I don’t honestly prefer this but they could’ve gone about it way better by doing something else instead of not being able to use higher monkey teirs at lower trophies. It was a mid plan with a horrible execution. It’s not a bad game but it’s mid considering btd battels 1 came out in 2012 or 2015 I belive and it’s way better then this game. I still play this though and I quit btd1 a while ago because well I mean people grow up lol, and I’m in this btd battels 2 phase but I doubt I’ll be playing this game for more then 3 months. Probably less. It’s fun but idk it’s weird and could’ve been way better

Unbalanced

FOR DEVS: DO NOT PUT AN UPGRADE WALL ON ARENAS… THAT CREATES A LOSE STREAK THAT YOU CANT HET OUT OF… FIX IT IMMEDIATELY…. Why in the absolute world would you put a paywall on chests…. Dumbest move ever…. Also why in the world would you make it so that there is a level cap for arenas… i cant win a battle when i cant use my upgrades… fix the paywall and upgrades… like cmon y’all… DO NOT PAY ANY MOMEY TO THIS GAME… IT IS A WASTE AND DOES NOT DO MUCH RATHER THAN PLAYING FOR FREE!!! update: NO ONE WILL GO LATE GAME… that means that you get the smallest amount of xp I’ve ever seen in a game… and also why the heck would you have an ad wall for games… changed to one start And again… DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY FOR THIS GAME FIX YOUR GAME… PUT A LATE GAME MESSAGE ON SO THAT WE CAN ACTUALLY GET LEVELS…. NEW UPDATE: deleted game… so tired of this coming gain…. It’s absolutely horrendous and if you don’t have the exact right towers YOU WILL LOSE Devs, please make this game like the old battle game… like cmon now…

Exp and annoying players

For starters I’ve been with the bloon franchise for about 6-7 years to the point where i was playing bloons monkey city (another great game) so when this game was free on mobile I got it as soon as i could. It was really fun but their were some issues. For one (and I know NK is working on this one) Xp. I am a free to play player. I rarely if ever buy things for games since in my mindset it would be more rewarding if I did it without buying everything than if I did. Since I did that I don’t have VIP. The problem is you average about 600 xp per tower for a round 28+ match. If you watch an ad to double its over a thousand but if you look at these upgrade 1000 xp for 20-30 minutes of play time. Not worth it. Edit: ok so 2 seasons and like 6 updates later and the xp is a bit better. I have mastery for boomerang and sub but it’s still a grind. Also no monkey money from casual matches is kinda stupid. I have 78 thousand obyn xp but I can’t get ocean obyn because I don’t have the money. Let’s be honest here people don’t care about hero cosmetics they just want the new hero so why should I play ranked just to get the hero variant. Also you get significantly more xp from ranked then in casual. Once again what’s the point of casual if you less xp. Also Icicle impale is bugged so it can’t hit Moab’s but I’m 99% sure nk knows about that. Anyways it’s a good game and definitely an improvement but there’s some stupid issues.

Goodbye to Lategame.

Half of the fun with Battles was going late-game with a random player and not even trying to beat one another just surviving. Seeing who can outlast the other and can have the least bloons on screen. Well goodbye to late-game because the rounds are capped at 40 and even if you manage to get passed round 40 with a random player into sudden death. The rounds and waves also become harder and harder the higher up you go in Ranked. So it makes it that much harder to build up Eco without making your opponents lose lives and making them think that you're aggroing them. Also tower tiers are capped with ingame currency VS XP like before. What was a perfectly good formula and game was scrapped for an entirely different and much more competitive game. Some players may like it others may not and me personally. I don't like it because this again kills late-game potential and encourages players to go for Meta strategies and aggressive wins unlike the first BTD:Battles Game. Other than that everything else is an upgrade i'd say.
