Way too difficult to use and that’s why participation is terrible

This tool is so cumbersome. It takes so many attempts to get every detail entered correctly and by the time you try submitting 10 times with errors you just give up. The idea of entering observations to improve is great but it should not be this difficult. This should be free text and a few mouse clicks and some. J T

Field service rep

I’ve had this program loaded for awhile. So far it shows me a blank page. As a result I’ve never been able to do anything with it. Some day I hope to find out who to ask about making it do something.

It does it’s job but not very well

My employer requires us to do daily/weekly/monthly inspections on various things using this app. It was always clunky to use but did get the job done.. all until I made the mistake of clicking ‘yes’ to trying the beta version. I didn’t think it could get any more difficult to navigate but boy I was wrong. Everything takes twice as long to load and is hidden behind more and more tabs, pages, etc than ever before. In short, this app works for what it is intended but unless you want to throw your phone into a wall do NOT even try the beta version if it asks you. As far as I can tell after searching and searching, there is no way to go back to the at least functional version.

Beats the website

Having this on the iPad makes the fleet management duties easier. A little confusing finding the small tabs, but once you get the hang of it, it works well.

Why is this site so difficult to get set up on my phone?

I found that if you have been on the home network and you already linked the device to the site after editing from computer an trying to open the app on my phone it will not recognize me as user. Got to be some sort of easier program available .

New update is broken

Following the September update, the app has been useless. Following login, and after the spinning update timer, the screen goes blank. Gensuite was informed right away but there has been no progress in fixing.

Easy with a little instructions.

When I first started using Gensuite I had to ask Ehs manager to assign me to Gensuite and ask other coworkers what service numbers to use and sometimes the service number can’t be found.
