垃圾百度
垃圾软件，把我的旧账号封了。也不允许国外的用户申请新的账号。请问没有账号要怎么使用这些app！在国外的应用商店上架却不准国外用户注册！垃圾！Trash app, they block my old account. They only allow the main land China user to register the new account! Even use email to register the account they still need cell phone number to verify your account. They only accept main land China’s cell phone number. Really trash! They available at US App Store but they don’t allow people to register.
All my purchased books are gone after upgrade!
Trash app! All my purchased books are gone after upgrade, even I was able to re-login, it kept popping out message saying could not find my purchased history and there is no single book I purchased before shows up in my book shelf! Please refund me for all my purchases!

Good app
Great selection, user friendly, easy to navigate. Would be better is more free books are offered.
Crazy reading history Maintenance
Unable to delete Unwanted books from bookshelf. Once i Delete it, it will reload back to the bookshelf. Free books offers disappear unable to find the book back, even welling to pay. Pay for VIP 2 times within a year still unable to get status
It’s a very good app
I like it because I can find many Chinese ancient books that are not included in other similar reading apps. I also like the check-in feature which can reward with coupons for purchasing books. Hope it improve so that I can copy and write comments crossing more than one page. But overall, it’s a great reading app.

book images issue? Ridiculous
When can you fix the book images issue? User in US, iOS user. All purchased books images disappeared. Occured accross all my iOS devices. Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times. Nothing works. It's been almost two months. Are you unaware this issue? Ridiculous.

Hope the app upload more books from various categories. Books are still not enough！Need more real books written by scholars rather than those online authors！
Is it going to take years for you to develop new version for new iPad?
It has been four months since the new iPad came out. Now, your still do not have a version that fits the screen for the new iPad. Just update one! And fix the book image issue!
