Love this App and it’s rewarding system. Always excited to use at all franchise brands under the Alshaya Group. Makes shopping and eating experience fun and good to know you get rewards for spending =O)

Very Poorly Organized

The app says online that at 25,000 points I will achieve Aura VIP. I am now over 27,000 points and still haven’t received Aura VIP level. False advertising.

Dear Pottery Barn Riyadh Granada Mall,I would like to thank Ms. Kawthar at your Pottery Barn Granada Mall Store Riyadh. She had amazing customer service skills and expertise. The moment I walked in Pottery Barn she greeted me immediately when she saw me. I informed her I had problems with an online purchase the day before. She offered to help and processed my same purchase order, plus I ordered even more items thanks to her guidance and suggestions! I needed all my furniture shipped to my home Jeddah and she prepare the logistic portion as well. I asked how long had she been working at Pottery Barn and she replied two months. MashAllah! What amazing customer service in such a short time. Ms. Kawthar thank you so much for your assistance! Also thank you Mr. FAHAD the manager on duty for ensuring I had a pleasurable experience and sharing your guidance! One of the worst rewards apps i used in UAE

When I opened the application it freezes and logged out immediately. At cashier so I couldn’t redeem my points multiple time due to that. So it’s worse.
