Fix these Bugs!!!!!

I have been using this app for over an year now. This app is full of bugs!! I thought eventually there will be updates to fix these bugs. But haven’t got any updates which fix these issues. One of the most annoying bug is that The Athan is inconsistent. It starts but stops in the middle, Then when you unlock the phone after one or two hours later, it starts from there. And sometimes there are 3-4 Athans at once. YOU REALLY NEED TO FIX THESE ISSUES. YES, I WENT TO SETTINGS AND DID WHAT I SUPPOSED TO DO!! Now it’s YOUR TURN to GET A BETTER DEVELOPER for this App!!!!! People don’t just pay for some BS app like this. And the price of the full premium version is not cheap either. I paid that amount so that I can get better features with NO BUGS!! But if the Athan itself doesn’t work properly, then I really regret wasting my money on this app. WORK ON IT ASAP!

Money hungry company and Prayer times are off.

I spent so much money on this app because every time there was a new update I would lose my premium privileges and yes I’m stupid for keep buying it, I never learn. But besides them stealing my money and making me lose my premium privileges and keep making me purchase premium, the prayer times are always off, even when you do it manually it’s still off, and this is pretty ridiculous because you would think for a app who charges so much money to use it, they would at least get the thing the app is was originally intended for, right. Prayer times! Even when you adjust it manually it is still off. And even that I shouldn’t have to do it because I compared it to other prayer apps and this is the only one that is off by a lot. I would not trust this for my prayer times. I’m only using it because it’s the only app who has full Athan without clicking inside the app.

MashaAllah!

Great app, I love the widgets, the effects, and the level of customization. The support page is really helpful for basic things. The only issues I’ve noticed that are quite irksome but not dealbreakers are: 1) the full adhan option will interrupt itself four-five times every few seconds so it cuts off in the middle of an Allahu Akbar (I’ve tried resetting my notifications on both my phone and in the app to no avail). 2) It will not stay on Hanafi Jurisdiction, I change it every single day back to Hanafi when I receive a notification about an hour earlier for Asr Salah. I like to listen to the adhan at this time and tend to pray sooner so hearing it at the adhan at an earlier time really makes me feel like I’m neglecting my salah and causes a lot of anxiety. 3) The option to have the app display a black screen for when your phone is in DND (do not disturb mode) so the adhan for Fajr will still play does not work. 4) Small beans stuff: Sometimes the app doesn’t display a notification even if the volume is on on the device. The “contact us” button doesn’t work, the “rate us” button doesn’t work. Again MashaAllah it’s an amazing app and I’m happy to support the team but issue #2 is pretty major for me ☹️

Unacceptably Inaccurate

I’ve seen many people complain that the timings were inaccurate before installing this app. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt because I really like your Quran Pro app. However, when I first installed the app, I noticed that the most crucial prayers for fasting, fajir and maghrib, were off by 1-2 minutes. The other day I noticed that asr prayer was off by a total of 4 minutes. And now, fajir prayer is off by TEN minutes. This is just unacceptable. It’s a shame because the app’s design and interface is really good. However, looks aren’t everything. The core function of the app is completely off. This is why I’m giving this one star. I regret buying premium, because I will be uninstalling this app. Please use the money I paid, and that many others have probably paid, to fix this problem. If this issue is fixed, I’d gladly reinstall the app again.UPDATE: Just reopened the app before uninstalling, and it updated the prayer times so fajir prayer is now off by one minute instead of ten. However, still incorrect and I find it unreliable. It shouldn’t go off by 10 minutes because I haven’t opened the app in a couple of weeks. And it’s not correct in the first place.

So much potential wasted

I paid for the app to get full athan and other features yet nothing changes even after updating and restoring the purchase several time. This is unacceptable yet I was willing to deal with it because I liked the apple watch features it gave me which no other athan app has so far.But unfortunately I was also unable to adjust the settings on the calculation methods. Everytime I switch from standard to Hanafi it switches back. Or when I try to change from ISNA to something else, there is no other option to select the right method. Cannot even change the calculation method to be correct! I waited and downloaded updates and eventually deleted it because it still didn’t work. Shame because I really liked the apple watch features. Hopefully the other athan apps catch on and make it watch compatible

App not working appropriately

Assalamu alaykum Talking about this application is little confusing.. The app was very good when I had an iPhone 4 but when I upgraded to the iPhone 6s+ the became wired: sometimes the AZAN calls sometimes no especially Athan for Fajr which I have to open right before the Time about 10 mn otherwise It won’t call, sometimes it’s Dorh sometimes it’s ASR which doesn’t call. Another issue is that I purshased same app for my wife on her iPhone 8+, with my credit card, I was charged for the regular app and when I upgraded to the professional one I was supposed to be charged for the difference between them but you guys charged me for the regular and the professional one both. which made it $24 for one application.Unfortunately this is one of the worst app I ever had for azan.I have now the iPhone 12+ but the app looks like it’s not running all the time, I still have to open it for the azan to call, and when I adjusted the time for any prayer time the app doesn’t hold it, I still have to open the app and adjust it again.Because the app stops running.

Well Worth the Cost

This is by far the best Athan app on the App Store, including incredible features and regular updates, including some of the latest features the iPhone has to offer such as live activities, etc. I purchased the lifetime option a while back and have been very satisfied with the app, so it was well worth it. I would ask the developers to please allow an option where you can pay a one-time fee to allow more devices being logged into your account, since I’d like the app on my iPhone, iPad, work/personal MacBook, etc. The other thing that would be great to see is a notification option that sends another alert 15 or so minutes before a prayer is about to end, so that even if the starting notification is missed, I still get another reminder later to avoid missing my prayer. Good. Excessive costs, questionable design choices.

This is a very good app. It’s the most beautifully designed Islamic app and well maintained. The different theme options, dark mode, Hadith of the day, picture of the day are all lovely options. The one thing that kind of ruins the app for me is the pricing. Every few months there seems to be some new feature with a new higher pricing, I’ve already paid almost twenty dollars for this app. That’s just too much. Oddly, I’d prefer that the people developing this app just do a monthly $1 or $2 per month charge and provide all the features instead of adding some new feature package that is for a larger amount. The other issue I have is the app ringtones. There isn’t a simple ringtone like the iPhones default Tri-Tone. Everything is either long Athans or ringtones that just go on too long. Both are not helpful for the brothers and sisters who are in non-Muslim countries and don’t want the Athan playing loudly as their notification tone.

Was good until ..

I downloaded this app initially due to it’s good reviews, very friendly interface and availability of an apple watch app. Personally, I only need the prayer times and qibla direction sometimes, that’s it! That’s why I’ve been only using the free version. Recently, I noticed the app has been gradually trying really hard to make the customers pay for the full version, by adding an add for example that would block me from viewing the full daily prayer times. It was irritating, but I was patient.. However, now that Ramadan started and the app got updated to a new interface, it became very obvious that the developers just want us to pay no matter what! Some prayer times have been BLOCKED from viewing from the watch! Unless I purchase the premium version! Also, an add wall appears just by simply OPENING the app! And you have to wait until the add has finished to view the contents. In my honest opinion, that’s a very cheap move by the developers.. If you want us to pay for the app so bad then might as well ask for it from the get go instead of offering this useless “free version”. Or maybe just offering a free trial until you have to pay. I had to delete the app and found another free one that works just fine for me.. thanks.

Amazing app

This is a great app. I downloaded it cause I wanted to see if I could be reminded of prayer timings but this app offers much much more. It offers beautiful Islamic stories and hadith. And it offers lots of Daily Adhkar. I can read Quran and manage my life more beautifully around my Salah. I love that I have the options to choose from many styles of Adhans by one of the best Mozans around the world. The only thing that I'm confused about is that I select Full ADHAN for notification but that is offered only at Fajar and Esha prayers. And the Adhan CallIsn't smooth, every sentence comes after a pause of 3-4 sec. I don't know why is that. For the rest of the 3 prayers, it gives me a tiny notification.
