Terrible App
It won’t connect to my Bluetooth. I can’t even delete the app.
Gimbal kinda works but app needs work
The gimbal works…sort of. It has the tendency to do the opposite of what I’m trying to do. It’s as if it’s set to inverted control settings which doesn’t help during those crucial moments. The light on the gimbal runs hot, and I mean DANGEROUSLY HOT! Best to leave it off.As for the app, I wish the gimbal wasn’t so dependent on the app cuz the app itself needs a lot of work. When I first started it, it was in vertical mode when I had the phone horizontally. And the settings are somewhat limited. If the gimbal itself allowed users to use any apps they desired instead of being dependent on this app, it would be so much better.

Will revise as time goes on but so far app connected easy to smart x pro and is easy to use. Hasn’t crashed or done anything unexpected.
Not super happy with the gimbal or app
So far, this gimble seems to have a mind of it’s own spinning and flopping around like a fish whenever I’m in the heat of a good shot or discussion. It’s very distracting, maybe good to learn for someone who has money to waste otherwise it’s just a waste of money. Two stars because I love getting smooth shots when I do. It also cannot stay connected for the remaining 20% of battery life that was available after 3 hours of filming (not consecutively), at this point I need to speak with custom service and make sure the thing isn’t broken. If they don’t provide me with a gimble that functions properly, I’ll be buying a new one and throwing this one away.
