عدم وصول الطلب بشكل كامل

عمل عروضات وهميه وعدم الرد على الاتصالات وعدم حل المشاكل من الدعم الفني ، بالاضافاة الى عمل عروض وهميه ليست موجوده وعدم وصول الطلبات لا في الوقت المحدد ولا وصول كامل الطلب والغاءه ، يفضل زياده الفرع لان التطبيق غير مهتمين فيه ابداً ابداً ، ويوجد شكاوي في تويتر توضح كلامي

Bad experience

تعاملهم جدا سيء ويستهزؤن بالعملاء لدرجة أن الطلب وصل ناقص والكرتون اللي المفترض يكون فيه المنتج محطوط وفاضي وبعد فترة طويلة رجعوا المبلغ. وأسعارهم مقارنة بالغير أغلى مع أن قد تكون الجودة أقل من المنافس اللي منتجه جودته أفضل وسعره أقل

ملك التخفيضات الوهمية

تقييمي على المنتجات الالكترونية/الكهربائية اللي بطبيعة الحال تنزل اسعارها مع الزمن لاستحداث البديل والتقنية الافضل ولا تخضع للتضخم اللي حاصل اليومين هذه.. لكن اللي نشوفه الان من السيف مبالغة بالسعر بسلعة رديئة جدا من غير تجديد هو نفس الجهاز من سبع سنوات وايهام العميل بالتخفيض كل سنة مع ضخ اعلانات كبيرة وتركيزه على الاعلان بشكل اكبر من الخدمة او السلعة نفسها. جهاز كان كمثال ٤٠٠ ريال سعر قبل ٥ سنوات بدون تخفيض تحصله الان ب ٤٢٠ ابعد تخفيض ٤٠٪؜ .. استمراره على المشاكل هذه يعني وجود ثغرات تجارية كبيرة بالبلد يتم استغلالها.. اتمنى الالتفات لها من الجميع لتقدم البلد اكثر من تقدم وربح الاشخاص نفسهم

خدمة عملاء سيئه لا من واتزاب ولا تويتر ولا انستقرام ولا رقم موحد … اوا مره اطلب من تطبيقهم واخر مره. بالرياض واسبوعين ماوصلني المنتج !!! لاه وماخذ فوق السعر سعر توصيل !!!! وانا طالبه باربع ميه ريال. سيء سيء سيء
