Slow and lagging

The app always lags. I downloaded the app, but I can’t use it to order because it keeps asking me to correct the name & middle name. I have to order from the website as a guest; however, it is still slow and lags. I keep try multiple time and unfortunately many times the items out of stock when it comes to the payments.There are couple of products that I downloaded the app and I want buy since a two years, but they’ve never been stocked back.For my last order, I lost four of the performance I want but while I was trying to check out.

Return product

I order all my perfumes/cologne from here but my last perfume/cologne came broken so I called them they told me they were going to email me the return paper but nothing came through.

Worst app I have ever used — change my mind

I was trying to make orders from their global site, and it kept failing saying the address is wrong. I tried contacting customer service and they blame the bank for some weird reason. I raised a ticket on their site and no one got back to me. I tried adding an address through the app and keeps crashing. Phone number field does not work for US numbers. It says it takes visa/mc but it doesn’t work. I used to admire GS when I was in the Middle East, and now I don’t because of their lack of technical support for their global customers. Change my mind.

Horrible!!

I would have given it a zero if they had that. I wanted to buy some perfume but the website keeps saying payment failed. I called my bank and they said it’s from the website and not the card. I reached out to customer service and still no help! They claim to have Apple Pay but they don’t! They claim to have different payment method but that’s also a lie. It’s really upsetting . My interest in buying from GS is no more.

Arabian Oud is Missing USA/Global

I will update my review accordingly however the app doesn’t allow you to change to USA or global site settings like on the website meaning currency is in SAR for Saudi currency not USD and that app and website in general don’t allow split payments/pay in installments for global side but do in Saudi Kuwait and Emirates with Tamara and Tabby pay but not Affirm (Quadpay)/Zip Sezzle or Afterpay for USA customers Update Review: I see currently on global site for USA and the other countries Arabian Oud products are empty I only buy few Houses like Arabian Oud for Tartiel Wasem Fareed Hind Al Oud and ibrahim alqurashi

Amazing

I have never written a feedback before.But this application is really more than amazing, safe payments by Apple Pay, fast delivery without any differentiation between customers. Normal shaping price.
