No more paper work
This is a game changer. Not only has my company reduced our paper but our paper work as well. We have lowered operating costs considerably and made our office employees more efficient as they no longer have to spend countless hours doing data entry. Kudos!
Delivers as promised.
Rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable, product does exactly as promised with the ability to create custom forms. I really needed a way to run better reports and now I have one.
Do Not Use - Extremely Buggy
Be very careful when using this service. The cost is reasonable, but the firms do not work consistently and we encountered all kinds of errors and problems that support could never fix. We discontinued this service after months of work and costs to set up. The database regularly lost firm data and our users in the field constantly complained of the program locking up. The only way to fix problems was to delete the program and reinstall, which shows how buggy and unreliable it is. I could not be more disappointed. Even our sales rep, BJ, that works for Actsoft says she has lost expense reports if a character is in the wrong place...too sensitive, buggy, and simply unreliable.
iOS 8
An update needs to be made for iOS 8 when you go to select times the scroll option to choose the time, it automatically choose the current time.

Easy to design and use. However, there are a few bugs to work out such as: 1. e-mail field and autosend feature only works under certain conditions2. If the max file size is exceed and weird error message occurs
Creativity meets productivity
I'm very happy with my purchase of the Actsoft solution. I've tried other form builders online and through other companies but this one is the easiest to use and has a few features that other companies don't have. I'll definitely be using this program and won't be switching anytime soon.
Awesome product
We purchased Advanced Wireless Forms for our pool maintenance company and it was an instant success. We saved tons of money on gas by eliminating unnecessary trips to the office. Also saved money on ink and expensive carbon copy paper when we went paperless with advanced wireless forms. Great product, great customer support at Actsoft! Very happy.
LOST ME THOUSANDS !!!!
Worst thing I ever did for my company ,they have no back up they lost 97 invoices of mine and that I could not retrieve. You cannot trust them with your forms , unless you keep a copy of them yourself witch is impossible the way the app is setup you can only submit your invoices and only have a list of your history. Bottom line they lost 97 of my filled out forms with info I needed to get paid on those jobs which I thought I was going to be able to print out but they were lost in the system and they could do nothing to find them. They did nothing to accommodate me just simply that they were all lost and what I'd to do like there CEO who talked with me when I started my service , but when I asked to speak with him numerous times about this very important issue I was just given the. Run around. You will lose invoices that you submit and they have no recourse or take ANY responsibility.

Very good app, overall. Do you really want to make it better? If you set it up so anytime data to be entered is numerical, the keyboard opens up for numerical entries it would be better. Likewise anytime the data to be entered is letters, the keyboard should open for alphabetic entries.Another improvement would be to distinguish between forms that require user entries, and lists of information (like Commonwealth Procedures) that give guidance to the user. For the lists, don't offer the capability to save or submit when closing or exiting from the lists. The feature, archiving, or saving, or submitting, is only needed on forms where the user is entering data like a pickup time, or mileage, or fuel amount.These are small things but small details make the difference between very good and excellent.Thanks,Steve Collinsworth
Never knew it was this easy
This app is completely awesome! I have every document that used to be on paper, now loaded to this app. The money I used to spend of paper and ink has more than paid for this app. Plus there is no handwritting issues or missing information with the required fields. I love it!! Highly recommend it!
