Best CRM App

We tested Resco vs. other options and Resco clearly won out. Their Woodford tool is VERY easy to use to create and edit the system to push out to users. The user interface is excellent for mobile individuals. Our team prefers this iPad app over CRM on their laptops. Integration with maps is excellent. Clearly the best option out there for Mobile CRM. Best of all... Customer Service is excellent! They will help you figure out any issues you have. Highly recommended!

Very good

We've been working with Dynamics CRM since 2009. The absence of a true "mobile" solution from Microsoft has definitely been a barrier. While MS has (finally) added some mobile capabilities, by far the customizations and enablement we can do in Resco for our team far outpace what Microsoft can deliver today.

Does what it should

Not as bad as people are reviewing. After setting up links to our Hosted CRM solution data was readily available on all fronts, filters worked and data sync seemed accurate. I was unable to get the maps to work and wish there was more extensive filter, but all in all a convenient way to get your basic CRM data on the go!

Best microsoft crm client right now

Hopefully msft will develop one of their own but for free, this is ok. I mostly just need it for account lookup and am having some difficulty with viewing scheduled service calls that i can see via the web interface but the developers are generally responsive on their forum. Not bad for the price and i haven't found anything better.

Complete Garbage

No love support, at least not here in the United States. Does integrate well with or at all with Salesforce. If you run into a problem as I did, communication is by email only with at least a 24 hour delay. Save your time and money.

Works GREAT. Exactly as intended

Also has a fairly powerful feature set and they continuously update the app. Almost every 2 months there's a new update with major features. Great job team!
