App doesn’t work
The app won’t pair and half of it isn’t in english, especially any pop-up alerts, so you’re unable to troubleshoot it unless you can read the language.
Pairing is indeed broken
The remote that comes with the lamp this app is for works, but this app just won’t pair.
The app works, it just needs better instructions
To everyone saying the app won’t connect to your device: turn off the device for about a minute. Have the app open to your controller, then turn on the device and click “PairCode” within ten seconds of turning on the device. The lights should blink a few times and it will be paired.The app could definitely use some work, but it isn’t totally useless. I had to read the “Re-Program” instructions on the sheet that came with the remote to figure out how to pair it.
App does not pair
Great lamp. The remote control works as it should. Unfortunately the app does not. Hopefully they fix it soon?
App works well with all the features
I wasn’t pleased I had to agree to something in a language I couldn’t read when the app initiated, maybe those were pairing instructions, but the app does work well. I did have some trouble figuring out how to pair the light with the app, but after 10 minutes, I decided to turn off the actual power to the light and turn it on again. That put the light into pair mode, the light flashed a few times and the app immediately worked. My four star rating is for lack of instructions and initial startup notices that were not in English. Other than those two things, the app works great. I’m sure this is something that can be easily remedied by the developers.
Not working
I bought a lamp that included instructions to get this app to control the lamp. However the app does not see the device and there is no way to add it. Although the app language is set to English, a lot of things are still in Chinese. I will have to return the lamp because it does not work with the app.
It’s the worst app ever seen
No English translation for the most options. It’s not worth it to download the app
Doesn’t work
I was looking forward to using the app feature on this new lamp and it absolutely doesn’t work.And clearly it’s a known problem from the reviews. Should have read the reviews before attempting to download and waste my time. Unfortunate they advertise this as a feature with no support.
Not helpful
I tried some many times to add the Lamp & was impossible. The app does not see the device and there is no way to add it.Although the app language is set to English, a lot of things are still in Chinese.They need to work on this app because the lamp was worth it
Does not work
I like the fan and I’m glad it brings a remote control because this app doesn’t work! Don’t even bother downloading it! I wish I could give zero stars!
