I can’t log in it .My phone update is iOS 12.5.Please give Yoma Mobile banking update
I tried to activate before April and the bank sent the password via message at the end of May. When I tried to activate my account, it said “Login failed”. Very poor app developers!
I can’t login now
Even after their app update messed up and not being able to use for many days, no customer care is happening. What a disappointment

It’s always fail in money transfer as Second level authentication fail . Then almost 3 min it’s show session expire . Another error as login failed, login again are always show . If Connection is not good . It reached to Activation session and ask for Token OTP. Worst mobile banking ever . Should not use who want to open bank account 1st time . It’s so stupid banking ever ...
Too bad during the version upgrade process apps suddenly stopped working and the call center number are shutdown. Top management level from Bank should do the PR and applogies the customers inconveniences and frustration.
Having to turn on 24-hour time is a stupid idea in the first place. And the UI revamp would be an interesting thing to see in the near future. The customer services by the bank staff are awesome.
Can't enable Finger Print. Can't allow access to phone contacts.
There are Face ID not working for iOS Version 13.5 to 13.6. I set it up in Setting but not worked. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
