It crashes on iOS 5.1
It crashes on iOS 5.1. Please fix the bug! Im now in Japan and i cant use the dictionary. I can type in a word but as soon as I touch the search button, the app shuts down :( I rebooted my phone and tried it again but it's same.
Optimize for iPhone 5 soon please!
As you know that the change of its screen size is just the part of the innovation process, as operation systems just keep moving forward and never go backward, in other word, the older devices will discontinue sooner or later and the screen size of older devices will be outdated. I am 100% sure that you will be in need of optimizing your app into iPhone 5's as long as your ios app project is on, so I'm just wondering what you are "considering" for. This app is great, I'm using everyday, but it would be grater if its optimized for iPhone 5 soon.Update: now apple requires developer to optimize their app for iPhone 5, I told you!!!
Buggy, still a lot of glitch
I have been a paid subscriber for long time. During the course of the time, glitches are left unfixed, improvement is very slow. Even simple issue such as login has some issues. I don’t know how they manage software development.
Could use some improvement
It's a handy wrapper for the ALC website, but it has to major issues:- The ads are flashy to the point of distraction- It crashes all the timeWith a little more discrete ad placement and some serious bug fixing it could be the perfect dictionary app.
Login Issues
This app gets a 1 star rating simply because it logs me out about every two weeks and refuses to let me login without wifi. Being in Japan, this means that I can only properly login from home unless I find a random place like a convenience store. Living in the countryside this isn't always easy or practical.If this issue is resolved I'll gladly fix my rating and review.
