Referral quarterly pay

I would recommend the app 5 stars for investing but for there referral program is horrible! I never received pay from last quarter or this quarter! I showed proof my profile was set up 100 percent plus confirming micro deposit for my bank as so of most ppl I had referred and haven’t received anything ! At this point it sad to say I have to take action and file a complaint with the better business bureau to have someone to contact me and post what I’m owed! Referrals pay from different app is how I make a living for rent and yes I’m very upset about it and it’s not fair

Updated review….still broken and no support or help

I emailed support based on my last review and did not get any reply. It’s great that they read these reviews, maybe some time should be spent on actual customer issues. My main problem is I set up a recurring transfer to increase my position in the Yieldstreet prism fund. The money just sits in the wallet I in invested and there is no mechanism in the app or the website to manually invest either but it should be automated. Nothing is happening and I get zero response when I emailed the support. So for now I will just keep my minor position and invest my money on other platforms that function and have responsive customer service

Investments seem fine but app/site has issues

So the basis of this app is to provide an alternative investment opportunity, which is does. Rates vs risk appear to be reasonable so all good there. The biggest issue I have is the constant errors the app/site make. Whether it’s stating incorrect interest paid, fees deducted, or most recently the app showed $15,000 disappearing from my account. Customer service takes a number of days to respond but eventually do. Assuming I get my $15,000 back, the three stars will stick for now. Hopefully they improve the tech as you just don’t see these types of errors on more traditional retail sites/apps like Schwab, Fidelity or even other crowdsourcing sites.

App is brilliant

This app is a great way to deepen and broaden my exposure to private capital markets. It allows you to do everything the website does and is in some ways easier to use. I love toe new ‘cards’-type design. Accessing alts is never something I could do with all my Fidelity accounts / relationships but being able to do it here at Yieldstreet has helped me to modernize my family’s approaches to building wealth. Highly recommend for anyone looking to gain access to the wealth strategies of the rich.

I would not recommend

I have had 3 out of the original 4 investments default. One was able to negotiate and get out of default, but the other 2 have been in default for 2 years. I am waiting while they continue to try to recover the money. The legal battle for both is ongoing and lengthy. Hopefully they will pan out and recovery will be successful. I don’t need the money, so I can wait as long as needed, but I probably won’t be investing anymore until after everything is resolved.

Great platform, lacks potential for growing investor

I absolutely love this platform and think it’s necessary for the world and if given the chance, would love to invite one of its leaders to be interviewed on my own podcast so that I can spread awareness about the positives of this platform and what they can do. My desire and what’s missing, to me, are the smaller investments that allow one to “grow into” an accredited investor overtime which can happen over time as profits/gains are made. I currently invest in the prism fund and saving a percentage of my business earning so that I can invest the $5K into its real estate fund in the next couple of months (tax season). Additionally, over the years I desire to invest more and more into things like the prism fund and then graduate to much larger assets classes. As my net worth grows overtime i, and I feel many others, can be able to grow into an accredited investor and take part in the larger deals. By this I feel Yieldstreet has not only taken advantage of its current demographic of wealthy individuals but can also secur it’s “future” investors aswell by allowing early entry.

Getting trapped in their mistake

I had signed up for this app and followed what seemed to be a really simple process; putting in your information, validating that information and then linking a bank account and transferring money. Little did I know that I had just entered the biggest bug this app has, APPARENTLY in that work flow before I linked a bank account and transferred money there was one last validation step. I was apparently supposed to receive an e mail to submit paperwork to valid my investor status (even when this happened the “link” didn’t even take me to an active page it just endlessly loaded) so because none of this happened my money was now stuck in limbo because I technically couldn’t keep it in the app because I wasn’t a “valid” investor, AND I had closed the original linked accountant. Additionally Yieldstreet wouldn’t let me add another new account to transfer the money out of the app even though you can add a max of three linked accounts. Needless to say they clearly have a lot of bugs to workout, and I’m still trying to get a solution.

Nonexistent or Unresponsive CSRs

I suspect the positive reviews are fake. I deposited a small amount in my account as I do with all financial institutions to test them out before I invest. There were no “investment opportunities” available. They won’t let me withdraw my money. Their customer service representatives are nonexistent. I challenge you to try to speak with or try to get any response from them before “investing.” They’re unreachable. My money is stuck earning 2.2APY which I’ll probably never see. I gave them a 2 instead of a 1 so you’ll read this and beware. Run from this don’t walk. If you want to invest you’d have better luck with that friend of yours with the “amazing business opportunity.” DON’T WALK! RUN!!!

Best way to recover stolen funds!

I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the help of RemotePundit So I file a report on RemotePundit @ Gmail and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing 2 weeks I feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam to reach out to RemotePundit @ gmail.

Service

Great company, however they have zero customer service. They NEVER answer their telephone. It’s an email based communication company only. I’ve tried calling them no less than 50 times at all hours. The typical return email is about 48 hours! Complaints fall on deaf ears. I letter sent to the CEO was never answered. The opportunities are good for divesting your asserts. They have several plaintiffs for deceptive offerings. They are being sued in NY snd in Federal Court. They claim to have never lost an investors money.. if that is the case why are they being sued?
