Best app for searching house for Students Overseas
uhouzz is, hands down, best app to search house for Students Overseas. It is because it shows school ratings, have helped so much with finding them a house & apartments

I hope there has a zero star option. The price was way too high, and the design of the app was copy from Airbnb, if u wanna rent a apartment of house, u better use Trulia.
Zero potentials
First of all, this app helps you to find your apt/house to rent or to buy; however, it doesn't allow you to post your rental ad which is so weird for such kind of business. Yes, you can rent a place using this app but the apartments you see here are mostly their partners or the resources they copy from other apps. I'm not sure who came up with this kind of idea, but do remember you gotta keep up C to C in order to survive in this. The apps such as AutoTrader, Zillow, Trulia, etc, first thing first, they allow you to post your add and find your own clients. That customer interaction is the key for this kind business and that's the only way to grow.Upon my understanding, at the beginning Uhouzz wants to be a monopoly and hold power over its users, then copy the resources from Trulia and Zillow. The 80's leader is still too young, too simple, sometimes naive.
