It takes a few minutes to get everything lined up with getting a the cameras and settings for each camera and general settings correct. But not that they fixed many intitial issues, I can view cameras online anywhere on my iphone anytime it seems like. I have waited to do this review for a while and the system is definitely working well for months now.
This is the strangest application I’ve ever used. For the first two months I was very impressed. Then one afternoon I was no longer able to view any video on my iPhone or iPad ( I’ve deleted the application and reinstalled. Still no access to video. What’s strange is on another iPhone video work’s perfect. Need help, I’m confused.
I love this camera system so far. The quality could be better, but it’s not bad. And I can see where a lot of people will have issues doing cable management in this wireless day and age... but lucky I’m ok with it. I can’t get the app to work or my pc. This is irritating because I’m missing out on a bunch of content and abilities. Please fix or help me, product is definitely worth five stars with the ability to use your pc and phone for monerting.
Do you want to see what going on at home while you away? Do you want to be notified of movement when you’re not home? Then go with another brand of security cameras. The system itself is ok, but the app is complete garbage. No notifications, won’t stay logged in, won’t let me log back in. I should have bought another EZVIZ. Lesson learned. They got my money this time. Never again.
App work alright for the first couple months then been having trouble just trying to sign in to look at my cameras. Take about 30 times to sign in just keeps saying operating fail try again and you do that about 30 times and then finally lets you in get really old fast.
My biggest problem i’m having is that I can only see one camera on my phone app. There’s screen partitions for the other 3 but I can only watch cam 1. Perhaps I have something configured wrong? Please help if you can.
Not sure what happened, but suddenly I’m no longer getting alarm notifications. 50/50 chance that I’ll get an alarm noti only while actively watching the cameras rendering it useless. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot it and get in touch with c/s but nothing works. This app was great for me for about a yr and a half only.
Got the system and app working ok. Took a minute. Would benefit GREATLY from a detailed, step by step instruction page. The app has quite a few things I’ve yet to understand. Like what is the “alarm manager” - does nothing for me but “no data”. And can it really not send a app notification for motion detection? You’d think that would be the number two priority right behind live video.So it works. Kinda. If you figure it out.
This is a great app I’m able to view my cameras when I am not home and continuously record from my home set up but having failed to connect issues recently also it would be great if when I hit record on my phone it would recordContinuously until I shut it off instead of just 30 seconds
This app works for a few days but then stops working and won’t let you log in. It’s been almost a week or two that the app has stopped on all phones which doesn’t allow us to view the cameras with our phones. This needs to be looked into.
This app needs to be equipped with our device. Using this app allows you to view the monitoring video of a device at any time on the phone, and you can set up some configurations on the device to bring convenience to people's lives.
