App Crashing on Main Page
Recently the app has continually crashed when barely scrolling through the main page. It crashes every time. Using the app is almost impossible now.
Good way for second-hand user way
It’s really good and first one social application for people who wanna shopping at a low price. More advantages would be in steps in that the programmer should have to do. Thanks.
Nice app，responsible developer
I was surprised when I found today’s update had fixed the bug I just reported yesterday. I am definitely sure that it was not a coincidence because this bug had been there for a long time - since another update a few months ago. I was also surprised by 闲鱼 team’s efficiency and sense of responsibility. Thank you, 闲鱼 team. You are so lovely.
The report system is HORRIBLE
The few days I was shopping on this app, I was scammed by one of the scammers on there. Tried to report the problem but got a failed reporting instead. And kept telling me that I couldn’t say that, and this. This app needs some help, and fix the problem!
The most disturbing app ever
This app pushes trash unrelated notifications almost every few hours everyday! It is the most disturbing App on the planet. Most of serious users of this app are turned off notifications in iPhone settings and forced to come back to check if there are some real deals happens. And worse thing is, this app developers are not going to change this!! I know these because I talked to users and compained to customer service. Be ready to get bothered with this app!!
Please make this available to Hong Kong
Hi, i am a hong konger and despite the helpful customer service, they said i cannot communicate with sellers due to the fact i cant authenticate my identity- however they do not accept any Hong Kong identification. It’s a she cus there’s a lot of cool things on this app. Hopefully in the future they’ll be more inclusive
An economical application
Searched cheaper stuff on taobao and jd but the quality was not that much better. Though goods are second hand but most of them look quite new, and the price is almost half or less than half sometimes. I love it and I have a good experience with it. Keep it up. 5 stars for you indeed.
useless for me
I’m not able to create an account nor sign in due to sign-in errors. I hope they’re able to fix this soon, app is basically useless without signing in and I can’t view anything. I really want to access the app but there’s too much internal issues.
The new update is draining the device battery tremendously
This new update: Pictures are loading very slow, and the app is drastically draining the battery, making the iPhone/iPad very hot to touch within a couple of minutes of use. Please fix.(I will increase the star rating as soon as these issues are fixed)
Wonderful
This platform is younger than Craigslist and older than Facebook market. I would say, this is much safer and refillable than Craigslist, and sellers money and buyer money are protected by the company which is great. This make it better than anyone else.
