I love this app!
I’ve got Xert to power my indoor cycling setup. I’m loving it so far...4 weeks into it. Still have some features and parameters to learn about but it’s not that difficult to learn as you go. Tech support has been super responsive, even suggesting a Zoom call to speed up the setup explanation. As I said, 4 weeks of Xerting every morning and I’m still loving it.
Outstanding
This app and the underlying tech realize the dream of analytics applied to conditioning and fitness. It is supported by an energetic user community in addition to the devs themselves. I tried several other bike trainer apps before discovering this. Deleted the others. Can you tell I love it?
Great Platform to Keep Training on Track
Can recommend this app. Keeps training on track. Many different workout / interval types not included in other platforms. At a minimum you will need power for doing interval sessions indoors. Works great with my Tacx Neo.

Enhancement request: I do hope that Xert will be integrated with Apple Health down the line. I am looking forward to working with my coach and this app. Thank you!
It’s a workout trying to register
Download this app, filled out registration.. still waiting for email notification to complete the registration process!
Unimpressed. Too high expectations possible.
Great self coaching concepts but some long, long, miles away from competing with other indoor options in both the software GUI and this users experience.
Latest version drops ERG trainer control
When you pause the workout, I now lose ERG mode and have to disconnect and reconnect my trainer to continue the session properly. As long as you don’t have to pause and step away, it seems to work as it always had. Support has the ticket and are looking into it, but I’ve just been told this is expected behavior.

Great workouts, terrible interface
The workouts in Xert are far more challenging and yet appropriate for you as a rider than those in e.g. TrainerRoad. And yet the interface has a steep learning curve. Almost no on-screen text so you know what it is/not doing (did that workout save? Who knows?). It is also hard to decipher at first. Why are there so many arrows? And yet critical information like number of intervals left is missing. If Xert took a page from TrainerRoad’s book and cleaned-up and made the user interface more user-friendly they would have a winner.
