Something is Wrong, Please Fix

Hi, I’m referring as Anonymous Dog. However, this game has been really weird lately. To be exact when I try to turn my character (worm) it doesn’t turn when I try to avoid getting exterminated or in other words...killed. It’s very unfortunate and I’m sorry I’m giving this feedback but to make the game better I am requesting to not make it lag as much now that it’s kinda getting in the way of my gameplay and everyone else’s’. I’ve also been having this issue of weird adds popping up considering this is a “4+” game. Please watch your ads, I don’t like spending money for games like that to block ads so please try to see what ads are popping up, I get that the ads makes you money but the inappropriate ads are getting to little kids, if you are gonna have these bad disgusting ads then please change the age rating for this app.

Lost everything repeatedly

Absolutely love this game. However, the past few days when I get to the number one spot, and around 600K, it literally kicked me from the game. The worst, it deleted all my essence, everything I bought to upgrade my snake, my name, and basically started me completely over with nothing. This has happened three times. I would give five stars if I didn’t lose everything and get kicked. Can this be fixed? Is there any way that I can get my stuff back and back to the level I was on? It’s extremely frustrating to pay money, and spend so much time, only to lose it all repeatedly. Please please fix this. It would be 5 stars then. It exceeds all the other games that are similar, by far, other than the glitch. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Other than that glitch, it’s smooth, very addicting, and a great game to play while staying in due to the pandemic. The recent update to include all the advertisements is nice. They aren’t too bad and you get to start the game with a magnet that doubles, longer length, etc. well done! Please fix the recent glitch.

Account just gone

I was opening wormax again today to find my account was gone and I was restarted at league 1. All of the skins were locked, even the premium ones which had been free for quite some time ever since that the game had its newest update. I really want all the free skins and my account back. I had 5023 essence. Good game otherwise, just get rid of the bots.

One issue that has made friends leave this community

Hi! I want to start off saying this is a great game,very addicting and this is always my go-to game,but can you make ALL worms overlap please,so in this game,worms dont overlap you much,so people do this thing called “no name” so if they dont have a name,they dont overlap you,you die with out a warning,this problem is only on pc,please fix this,i always have a good score,then people just no name me because they dont overlap so i do not know they are there,so please fix this problem,again,this problem occurs on pc,great game again :) but please fix this issue.

it’s ok...

so after 1 day of keeping this game I lost my progress of my level my name my stuff!! It keeps kicking me out and I can’t stand it! So I kept trying non stop it kicks and kicks me out when I play...? And my money went straight out of my stuff I lost a couple of money but I was saving up for new skins and then this happened please fix these bugs I’m having trouble (iPad) maybe it’s my device it’s not so good but I can’t stand all these bugs there really annoying. please fix these annoying bugs. But so far game is fun and great but all the other worms io or snake io there fun they don’t kick me but this one dose which I keep trying to log in and it kicks me I’m really sad

Only game I play

Hi wanted to give you a feedback with a special request. I love the game and how it’s built, organized and super fun bug. Helps to get me out of this world. Even my 5 years old loves the wormy because of all the colors. I love that I can trust the game and the advertisements that’s pops up. Not exactly sure but I believe the kind advertising that pops up is depends of personal activity and settings. My request would be, is it anyhow can we build a script to the game that will show a message saying “it’s time to take a break” ?I love the game it can be obsessive because of the competition’s so if player gets a time to take a “break reminder” after one hour of nonstop play would help me out. Please see if there is any ways we can add reminder script to keep it up with a happiness of our lives. 🥰Thank you!

Great game but has bugs

I would give this game 5 starts but there are some glitches which make me pretty sad it lags quite a bit sometimes and I can never tell when it will take place sometimes it’s right when I get on sometimes it happens while in the top ten which kinda messes with the missions I’ve been trying to complete but over all I love this game and could otherwise play it for hours!Update I received a response from the developer and I’m still having the same issues I purchased ad free to try and reduce the problem to no avail then sent feedback to the support email only to receive a generic message back that didn’t even address the concerns or issues mentioned in my email so still no five stars

THE LAG IS REEEAAALLL

I HATE THE LAAAAAAG!!!!! But I love the quality in the gameplay plus the sprint so I can play as an undercover worm faking as ai then I can sprint and kill my target but everything else👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Oh yeah I do l❤️ve the food though because it makes it faster to get higher on the leaderboards then just waiting for ever to find a big guy to kill so you can circle someone but you do need food to circle someone. I hate the glitches and the ai mode because the results don’t count but the crashes are constant and don’t tell me clear the rest of my stuff in the phone background because I did it already and I really hate trooooolllllls!

Umm miss the old version

Welp I have been a very experienced gamer in this game and I absolutely loved it... until you guys updated it like why do we have to buy our skins (with essence) like before you can any skin besides the vip ones ok but then you guys added the force feed multiplier to strengthen the area where u eat. This thing is very overpowering and people that don’t have it can barely get big because the people who have take it instantly. I really would if the developer would update this and change it back... so that that you can any skin and without the feed multiplier... honestly I might stop playing because these weird updates that tbh are useless :(.... pls pls change it back

Great game, but app just shuts down...

Great game, but I’m about to remove the app because it just randomly & suddenly shuts down while I’m playing. I have excellent internet, no other apps are doing this, have rebooted my iPad and still does it approx. once a day. I was frustrated when it happened the first time I broke 100K... but tonight I was at 170K and it shuts down. Incredibly frustrating. Notes for programmers: no other symptoms of glitching or lagging take place and sometimes if I re-open up the app after it shuts down it will actually resume my play (but usually it ends my play) - unfortunately it did not resume play the times it crashed after I hit 100K and 170K.
