Genuine review
I have played this game for about a year now and i decided it was time to leave a review. I really wish i could leave a 6 star review because i would. There are three things i have to say about this game. Two good things and one potential addition. The first one is the fact that it is fully compatible with offline networks meaning you can play this game with no wifi. Now obviously that does not apply to most people because they have cellular data which allows you to play the game regularly regardless if you have wifi or not. For the people that don’t have cellular data, do not worry because this game can be played extremely smoothly offline. The second good thing is that i have har no problem unlocking different generals and other time periods because the game is so easy to beat if you have the audacity to grind it 24/7. I love this game from the earth to the moon and dont think i will ever stop playing. The critique i have is that i would like to see multiplayer come into this game because i have seen many other games by you guys and they almost all have multiplayer. So i would be stoked if that was added. A bonus idea would be to add another time period like sometime in the 2000s or 2010s to enhance the grind of this game. For all who need to have fun at times this is the game for you because there is endless possibilities to World Conqueror 4.Thank you for your time!Best of luck,Sean Donlon
I need help getting my lost account back.
So this might be an old game but I played this for years on my Samsung. For 3 years have I been waiting for a reply because I lost all my progress when My phone started overheating and it crashed and I got an iPhone. Now that I have an iPhone I lost everything. I had spent at least 300$ on this game and everything is all gone I’m on the last campaign mode. I have all the best generals they are all upgraded and even the upgrades are upgraded with so many resources and everything! Now that it’s all gone, I need help. I have no way to verify I used to have a world conquerer 4 and so I don’t think I can get my account back, and I genuinely do have all this stuff. But there is no way to restore your progress in any way so now I need assistance and guidance here! If there’s any way I can verify please tell me. This is a game I played everyday and its been 3 YEARS?!?!? So for lords sake please can a developer/moderator find this comment and help me. If you do find this I can tell my email and we can negotiate how my account can be gotten back. I haven’t even played this game either for 3 years because I won’t keep playing and spending money if I will just lose everything again in 2 years. I know my phone could break or I may lose it. I am an irresponsible person.
Just one thing
This is an amazing game that deserves a 5 star review, except the AI is way too powerful playing as the allies in 1939. Every time I play I get steamrolled by the Germans and the Italians. For example, playing as China and America, it is very possible to defeat Japan, but by the time you’ve beat Japan all of Europe is dead and the axis powers are knocking on your door with an ungodly amount of troops since they all attack as one body (Germany, Italy, Romani, Bulgaria, Hungry, Finland, etc). It’s impossible to defend against even with the best generals because of the sheer number of troops. And if you play as the Axis in 1939, the exact opposite happened because it becomes very difficult very fast to take any territory because of the sheer number of troops that the allies attack with.Overall, this is an amazing game that is literally flawless. My only two suggestions would be to maybe add in a feature where you could communicate and coordinate attacks with your allies because sometimes you can be campaigning trying to get a foothold in Asia or Europe and one of your allies comes along and takes the city you worked very hard to secure and it’s very annoying because it sends you back to square one all over again. The other suggestion would be just to back down the AI just a bit. If you do not believe me about the sheer number of troops, I have pictures from multiple play through that have been quite successful until Europe arrives.
Amazing game but
This game is amazing it has very historical wars and even wars that didn’t happen however I don’t like how in modern day it’s an alternate future I would have wanted modern countries like Ukraine vs Russia and also a Vietnam war Cold War campaign in conquest and campaign I would also have liked Ethiopia to be independent because in 1939 they were free also I have liked Croatia to be in 1943 because it happened in real life and I would have loved in Cold War conquest for Germany to have east and west west has guderian and east has manstein attacking and they were the first countries to fight it would be really cool and so would more missions in WW2 how come we didn’t get any missions as Poland Bulgaria and Egypt china Canada Finland Norway or many more there could’ve been so many more than there were maybe even an Ethiopian mission I hope you guys don’t abandon this game and consider my elite ideas and new general ideas please update this game with the ideas I have they are so good and would make the game 1000x better great game so far but it could be better
Excellent Game bit just adding some suggestions
This game is awesome amazing game with historical context however it gets boring once you finish every mission and war zone and all the battle based missions or tasks but once finished you only have the daily invasions which get boring at some point but basically going to the point I would like if you added some more missions and like modern day world map or something,I would also suggest to add some more generals for the countries that were in ww2 for example Mexico,Cuba,Brazil,Mongolia or at least those you can but and upgrade and stuff cause I would like a Mexican general,I heard of an update this august about new troop skins and different way to parachute different units which I’m looking forward too but I will suggest that,And lastly Although I think the game is supposed to be simple I will ask to complicate the game a bit more like troop or tactic wise cause it would make it much more fun in my opinion but in total what is on the game right now is amazing my favorite game by far keep up the good work and I’m exited to see what y’all have in store for us I’m the future!
Ally countries too weak to help
I’ve played this game awhile and it’s a great game don’t get me wrong the only thing that makes me upset about is the your AI allies. No matter which side or country you choose, your allies are always weaker than your enemies and they loose very easily. This makes playing the game and having any chance to win very very slim. I’m not asking for the countries that are your allies to be op but I wish they can be a little bit more stronger and helpful in the game. Cause the ending for me (and by the time I get to this point I start over cause there’s no point) is basically there will only be three countries left including my side against the other side who has basically conquered the whole world already and by the time it gets there there’s nothing I can do and it happens like this every time. There was one occasion where I thought it would be different. But then all of a sudden the rest of my allies were defeated leaving me no support and I ended up losing all the ground I gained and got to the point of near defeat. Please fix this and I’ll change my rating to 5 stars cause it is a good game just give the countries who end up being your allies a boost cause they die to easily.
A few suggestions
This game is one of the best war games out there. I’ve been interested in wars and related stuff. The first game I played was wc2 when I found that game I got instantly addicted to it. I would play that game whenever I could. Then I got wc3-4 those were really fun. What I always wanted from these games was instead of being put straight in a war. After you choose a country no ones at war. You can build up a military nd stuff like that. Diplomacy could be a a great factor in the game. The only diplomacy there is, is only declaring war on neutral countries and sending allies currency. My favorite strategic game is not on iPhone but was really fun. Diplomacy was a main part of the game. It was basically hearts of iron 4 but simplified. There was really fun mechanics in there. Like if you were fighting in a war you can sign a piece treaty for some of their territory or income. Allies would help you In war and if you were building a military at a countries border they would do the same. I wouldn’t mind if you made a game like this and made it cost money. I feel like that would be a great game with all the things you could do in it. I forgot what the game was called the tablet I payed it on broke and I lost it.
This game influenced my entire life
I got this game when I was young and I got so addicted to it. This game is the reason why I know all the European countries minus the micro states. Not only that but this game influenced my entire life. This is because I got this game and while playing this I found out about a much better game called hearts of iron 4. Now yes Hoi4 is much better however I will always have a soft spot for this game because of how great this game was to me. Not only is it so good it’s free which makes it so much better.However there is one slight thing that makes me confused. In the pacific campaign there is no mention of China at all. This would barely be noticed by anyone else but as a Chinese person it does annoy me a little bit as there is many missions where historical Chinese soldiers (that one battle in Thailand) just has British soldiers there instead of Chinese. However China is in the scenario mode and they are crazy OP so that does even it out.TLDR: this game is amazing and a good free alternative to Hoi4. However there is no Chinese representation in the Pacific front which is a big poo poo move.
Good but we need improvements
I personally love this game and have been playing this game for probably 2 years, but it could definitely use work.The main reason I gave this game a 4 star and not 5 (there are 3) is that there aren't more start dates. I would love if there was 1940, 1941, 1942, 1944, 1945, and also one for in the past decade or so. Now I realize this is a lotto ask but I would absolutely love it. And the other 2 reasons are that 1 we need a ai improvement update badly whenever I play as say Germany in 1939 or 1943 I do just fine but my allies (especially Japan and Italy) always screw it up.And the other (main) reason is that we need a geography fix. The Balkans hurts my eyes to look at quite frankly and China, North and South America, etc are just a hot mess. (Seriously what were the developers thinking ‘oh we should just have Bulgaria border the mediterranean because why the heck not!’ But yeah other then these 3 things I love this game and I would totally recommend it to people.P.S. Why the heck does Mexico have all of Central America lol actually Central America doesn’t even exist lol.
Game idea, great game
I know this will be lost in with other reviews but, I've played since WC2 and a few EW games and enjoyed them. EW3 stood out to me with its multiplayer mode, giving you control of multiple countries and letting you do what ever you want with them. Have a peaceful period then break out into a grand war. So I've thought, what if you made a game where you can select a country and you can still build up its military and build things in cities like in WC4 but you can declare war on who ever you'd like and form factions such as Allies or Axis or even the Comintern. So you could play as what is described as 1930's Germany and build up from a small military and then declare war on Poland who may be allied with the U.K. Or maybe the USSR bringing them into the war. I've always thought about how fun this would be because then you wouldn't have to worry about constant attacks while your country starts off with 3 motorized infantry who have to defend your grand nation. Same section conquering style as WC4 but have the "states" arranged where you could do things like restore the first German empire's borders in Poland and in France and then end the war if the opponents allow it. That's just an idea that will be lost in this review section but I hope the developers see it and take it into consideration
