Lost my data

This is the first week of using! The simplicity of the app is awesome. It seemed to be exactly what I was looking for in a diary app.. until this morning. I had to set up again, so all of my previous data is missing.. at least I haven’t been using it too long!Update: the app developer reached out in less than 24 hours and gave me recommendations! It worked; my previous review was posted in haste and I should have reached out... It is fully functional again!! User errors..I haven’t been using long but it is just what I need.

Not too little, Not too much!

I’ve been using this app for YEARS, and it’s the only one that has not lost my data and makes it SUPER easy to track weight, without all of the unnecessary time and app restrictions. It’s fairly basic. In the best ways: Enter goals, enter weight, see “lowest”, “highest”, days trending down, up, etc., see it listed by date, and charted in a graph. Simple, yet perfect!

Better than MFP for data

I downloaded this and initially didn’t care for it, but kept it. And I am GLAD I did!!! I love the way you can access the calendar to see when your weight has gone up or down. It also shows the lowest and highest weights you’ve ever entered, which other apps fail to do!!! I’ve had this for years and can’t say enough wonderful things!!!

Just what I was looking for!

I tried so many different apps - trying to find one that just tracked my weight loss! They were all way too complicated for me. They wanted me to be logging in one thing or another - every 5 minutes or so. I already know I’m eating right & exercising a LOT and doing exactly what I need to do. I just want to keep a log of my weight ins. This app is PERFECT for me! It even shows when I’ll hit my goal weight if i stay on course. I just love it.

it just works. it does its job.

Its simple. Easy to use. Great charts to show progress. App is very limited in what it can do. But thats the point! Im just looking to track my weight. None of that extra fluff and crap other apps try to sell you. This app does have ads for the free version. But its not that noticeable in my opinion. Great app. Finally!

Simple!

Love this app because it's SIMPLE. It's not a life tracker, no. It's not myfitnesspal, it doesn't track food or macros or exercise. It just tracks weight and calories: the two most important things for anyone trying to lose weight. I like it because it clearly shows my current weight and list all the weigh-ins from the past weeks so I can see my progress. It also shows me my average calorie deficit over time based on the weight I've lost and my average weight lost per week. Tracking my life can make me crazy, and with this app I can just track the fun stuff. It is a tool that gives me motivation to keep working hard so I can watch the number on the scale go down from week to week. Great app!

Best App!!

Simplicity at it’s best. I love just tracking my goal by calories because the trend diets with all your efforts going tirelessly into recording everything you eat only to be shot down because while you got enough protein, you fail because you had too much sugar or too much sodium etc., you end up feeling like you failed and lose motivation.WE all who have tried other apps and trend diets know to lose weight it boils down to calories in, calories out and that is what matters! I could meet all my macro’s but if I took more calories in than I should I would not lose anything - calories are what matters, just choose smart calories and not empty calories and your on to where you want to be. This app is all any serious dieter needs it’s fast, simple and motivating. I am so glad I found it!Thanks!Sue

Simple weight monitoring app

I have been using the app for almost 4 months. Successfully loosing weight is a long process, especially for someone nearing 70. The app shows me daily that even through I have spikes, arrow keeps pointing down. We all need that encouragement. So far I have lost 18# and still have another dozen to go. I am confident that I will reach my goal and more importantly keep the weight off with daily monitoring. Thank you

Perfect

I originally downloaded apps where I had to document foods eaten, etc. That lasted a day and I deleted them because they were making me crazy. It was frustrating and TMI. I came across this app and I absolutely love it. It’s simple and shows me exactly what I want to see. I look forward to weighing myself so I can use it. Seeing the graph gives me incentive and shows me that losing weigh it not all downhill, but the weight will come off if one hangs in there. Also, the app always works perfectly and I have not had one problem with it.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL

As a patient of the VA required in a home health check to weigh myself daily I find this app a great asset! Limited to sodium and liquid intake I am very limited to what I may eat in order to loose weight. And weighing daily would not be my own fist choice. Having said that I have learned to watch trends rather than daily weight results! With this app I can read those trends and learn to trust them! This is huge to those who must weigh daily. Without it one might find themselves greatly more depressed and despondent over the frequent minimal weight gains along an otherwise successful downward trend cycle! Watching trends is key! 😃
