App

I downloaded the app and I can see everything. It shows me the schedule times. But when I go to join the line goes about 1/3 way across the screen. It won’t let me join!I am on an iPhone. I have 2 iPhones a 7 and a 10s. Both phones have the same problem with the app. My girlfriend has a Samsung and she has no problems. Are you fixing the iPhone app????

Crashes!!!

I made the mistake of hitting the settings wheel and went to change my font size on the chat box when the app crashed. It froze up and would not exit settings box. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. But with all the problems everyone else is having with this bugged out app I won’t be using the Settings. Why don’t you guys fix this thing?

Audio problem & frozen screen

The app is nice overall. However There are often audio problems where the voice of the speaker goes on and off and sometimes the screen freezes and kicks me out of the webinar. I would like and recommend that to be fixed about the app.

Good customer support after issues

App is unusable. App constantly crashes within one minute of use. I uninstalled and reinstalled but issue remains. Many others Have commented here but developers have not addressed the issues.Above was my original complaint however when I contacted the developer they responded quickly and stayed in touch until my issue was resolved. I was pleasantly surprised by their service. Lesson here is don't just leave bad reviews. Communicate with developers and you may be pleasantly surprised also.

Please fix this...

I use your service every morning to attend an investors chat room and today I noticed that the link included a Mobile version application. I clicked it and dowloaded this app to find that every few minutes it crashed. The speed, performance and clarity of the speaker was great but the crashing issues got old really quick. Please fix the application because I’m many of us would love to use it in mobile environment.

When it works it's great

I consistently get kicked out of my webinar....from my IPad mini wifi, from my iPhone on wifi and I can't even log in any longer from my computer ....not my favorite app but because it's what Tradestation chooses to use I don't have a choice!!! FIX this problem please! Been kicked out of webinar twice in last 15 minutes

Doesn't work

APP keeps crashing after 2 minutes.A year ago, Video wouldn't work. Last few months, audio wouldn't work. In addition, the app keeps crashing.I have called support in the past. A big clue to the problem is that they were not listening to me, and blamed every little thing on external factors, and not their platform.For example, they blamed my internet connection, when I clearly told them it crashes the same on all types of internet connections. The problem has been their for a long time, so I don't think they have a clue to the real problem with their platform. Looking at the reviews, it seems I am not alone.

App is horrible

This app deserves its low ratings because it always crashes and I can never hear what the person is saying. Just a bunch of garbled jibber jabber. The red x does not work when reloading the chat room. I’ve tried reinstalling the app many times and no improvement. This app works fine on Windows PC except screen share refresh is slow and unwatchable most of the time. This is literally the worst app I have ever seen on the market and wish my class would switch to another app.

terrible

I need to use this platform not by choice, it cutts off constantly on my iphone 12, I mean every minute it will loose 3 or four second of conversation, hopefully the developer is doing something to remedy this, sorry to say it seems clear am not the only one frustrated with the quality of this app.

Run Away! App crashes every few minutes

The interface is fine, though it lacks the ability to send private messages to the host. That ability is available in the web version for Macs. Sound drops out on a regular basis in addition to the frequent crashes. Webinato knows of the issues and a 'fix is in the works'. No info on when it will be available. Until it is updated, Run Away!

Please NOTE this app is optimized for the iPad with wifi connections. Webinato Mobile is the attendee app for the Webinato platform and which lets presenters deliver much more engaging and media-rich webinars as well as automated webinars. The Webinato mobile app supports the vast majority of all features available on PC or Mac.

The following features are enabled: live voice, chat, polling, slides, screen share viewing, documents folder, Q&A manager, White Board, video player including YouTube videos, music player, Cobrowser, announcements, Notes, live web page sharing and eCurtain. Features not supported at this time: live video, Survey module (the Polls do work however), Closed Captioning, Map module. Please note you must receive an email from your webinar organizer with a link as well as login information. You may simply tap the link and follow the simple instructions or launch the app and copy the link into it as prompted.
