Fun game!

Minesweeper is a fun game to pass time, and having this version on a hyper plane makes it interesting and different. The one missing feature I’d request is a setting to turn off the sound effects. Thanks for building this!

itd be cool if there was 3-gons and possibly 8-20-gons and itd be really cool if u could choose how many gons there were per corner because it would just make sense if you couldve. please update? also the app icon is still wrong >.>

Cool game!!

I love that there’s a new hyperbolic game out there! Mine sweeper is a great way of introducing people to hyperbolic space. The interface works really well. The Möbius transforms are really smooth and there isn’t too much momentum in them.I’m sad that you got rid of the hard level. Now it only takes ~ 1-2 minutes to finish each “hard” game. Would it be possible too add in expert and super expert levels with around 60 and 100 mines, respectively?A separate suggestion would be to offer different tilings to play with the combinatorics of vertices, which might make it more fun and challenging even at the simpler levels.

Favorite go-to app

This app is incredible and very addictive! Only thing I'd want is more tilings!Triangles are oddly missing. I think they could be a great addition!Also, they would probably be very easy to solve, but maybe some spherical tilings would be interesting?

Description

Warped Mines is a non-Euclidean Minesweeper game that does not require guesswork. It uses our original game engine developed for hyperbolic geometry and our original puzzle solver optimized for Minesweeper game. You can play the classic puzzle game in a curved space and solve problems using only pure logic.

The game goal is to find out the locations of mines. Drag the circular playing field and tap cells to open them. If you open all cells that have no mine, you win. Hitting a mine by mistake, you lose the game. If a digit is revealed, it indicates the number of mines hidden in the adjacent cells. You can't open flagged cells. When you long-press a digit, the surrounding cells will open if you have correctly flagged. Tap the circle arrow to start a new game. Tap "S" button, then you can see the game settings screen. If you and friends select "Competition" game mode instead of "Single" player mode, you all share the same problem by inputting the same number. Tap "P" button to open the user preference window.
