Good not great

I ordered 5 Wallpics and unlike others it was simple to place my order through the ap however the quality isn’t the greatest. The pics are on a foam type square and although I appreciate that they are lightweight they also have a cheap feel to them. I am happy with the way they look in my entry way but I wish they were made better for my almost $50 order. Also, it would be helpful if you were alerted when your picture isn’t the best option because of the size or whatnot. 1 picture is kinda blurry and I would have never ordered it had I known it wouldn’t be clear. Probably would order again in the future with super clear photos.

Great Product, Great Service!

I love my Wallpics! I ordered twice now and can’t wait to order another set. I am so pleased with the quality of the photos. These 8”x8” lightweight items are exactly what I need for certain walls in my house. I’m hesitant to nail into all the walls and these stick with no harm to wall and easily changed and transferred around. I have enough heavy, framed art around so these frameless pics are a nice change/addition. The customer service was great to ... should you have questions or issues. But if you send in nice photos, you should be pleased with what gets delivered. I’m so glad I decided to try it. Very pleased.

Sent overseas

My cousin that lives in Europe travels quite a bit and emails me many great pictures. I had 6 Wallpics created for her as a Christmas gift since they were so reasonable with the Christmas discounts. I went online and basically forwarded the pictures that she sent to me to Wallpics and they sent the finished product directly to her. Shipping overseas was only $15 which was very reasonable. So for 6 pictures and shipping it was under $100. My cousin received them and I was able to see them the same day she got them thanks to Skype. They were even better than I expected for the price. She was very happy as well. Can’t wait to do this for us.

Customer Service!

I’ve never written a review about an app before but I felt this one needed to be done to make other aware! First and foremost Wallpics customer service goes above and beyond to make their customers happy! I honestly did not expect that type of service from an app that I didn’t know much about and just went off of reference. My Wallpics got lost in transit and when I brought it to their attention they refunded me partial, which I didn’t even ask for but it was appreciated, AND they reshipped them to me at a different address to assure that I would get them. They responded to any and every email I sent within a few hours and were extremely easy to work with! Now let’s discuss their product! My Wallpics are amazing! The pictures are clear and with a glossy finish. I got them as gifts and they love them. I could not be more happy with their product and service. I will definitely be buying again. Thanks so much Wallpics!

Nothing great - disappointed

I have been seeing these wallpics all over social media so of course I had to try them out. I was so excited when I got the package in the mail but when I opened the box I was highly disappointed. First off the pictures are printed on styrofoam which is not stated. Second, the pictures came out grainy and some of the edges look pressed down in the corners as if the picture had a hard time sticking to the cheap styrofoam. Third, one of the the pictures were cropped as if they zoomed into the picture where I did not choose for the picture to look that way! When you order it allows you to choose how you want the picture to look, where you want things cropped (cut out) to be on the square. The quality just isn’t what is advertised. To be honest I can probably go to a local CVS and have this done at the photo station. I only ordered 3 to just get s feel of what they look like because I was planning on purchasing more once they came but that most likely won’t happen. Even some of my family stated they could’ve been better. Pretty disappointed in the product

Great picture quality, great price

I first saw these on Instagram, they looked really great on multiple IG stories, so I decided to test it out because the price was more than reasonable. It shipped fast, and the picture quality is superb (for the price). The only downfall of this product is that the pictures are put on cheap foam boards. If you place the pictures at eye level or in a place far away from foot traffic at your home, it still looks great! Overall super happy with my purchase (I got 5 squares).

Extremely satisfied!!!!

We have been using Wallpics for some time now and have built quite the collection. We have used them as gifts to others for weddings, bday parties, retirement parties.... always a HUGE hit! We have them all over our home and they are a perfect fit for several areas! Used pictures taken on our phones to creating a picture with a bible verse! Personalizing the pictures to occasions. Recently we had a small issue where one time a photo came in cut off and grainy and another time the bottom portion of the photo was cut off! Even though both times it was an error i made while placing the order, they took the time to not only explain to me the process on how to avoid this in the future but sent me the fixed photographs! Amazing customer service and they seek 100% satisfaction with their product. I highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic customer service!

I ordered 10 x wallpics a couple of years ago and was very impressed with their quality. We have since moved house a couple of times and I have also moved the pics around in my house. A few of the sticky pads had lost their stickiness so I reached out to customer service and was quickly provided with many new sticky pads for free! Very friendly, efficient and helpful customer service - highly recommended!!

Picture quality is good but on cheap foam

I first saw these from an ad on instagram. The idea was to use these for my hallway entrance. When they came, I didn’t realize they were just on black foam boards with nothing covering the sides. The app calls them “canvas prints” when ordering. These are not canvas - it’s just the pic blown up as an 8x8 glued to the foam board. When the light hit them in the hallway they ended up looking cheap because you can see the sides as you walk through the hall. I ended up moving them to the bedroom on a wall that is typically viewed straight on. The picture quality is good and from that view they do look nice. From my perspective they should be put in a place where there isn’t much foot traffic to avoid a side view. App was easy to use but lags when trying to get to older pictures. Pictures came within a week of ordering.

Great customer service!

I compared the many different options for ordering photo tiles and chose Wallpics because the price was most competitive and the reviews were good. I ended buying 38 but miscounted and thought I was missing some. Emily from customer service couldn't have been sweeter about following up and trying to help me get my missing tiles. As it turned out, it was completely my error and I did receive all of them and she could not have been sweeter about it. She was helpful, patient and kind throughout the exchange. Kudos to Wallpics for great customer service!
