The Incident Management System enables operations teams to identify employees efficiently in a crisis or those entering a pre-defined Geo-fence. Mass Notification capabilities are also implemented into the Secure Portal, enabling security teams to communicate immediately with employees in the event of an emergency. Mass Notifications can be sent to large groups or people in a specific geographic area. The Notifications are delivered through an In-App message, ensuring quick delivery and audit, focusing on reaching the individual, not just the device. Other features to protect employees include the Red Alert feature, which can be activated from the App with a simple press and hold. Providing peace of mind to employees knowing they can quickly raise an Alert if an emergency occurs.
