It doesn’t let me use

So when I opened the app, I got a pop up of the free trial only lasting 3 days and that it only costs a few bucks a month, which I thought was normal. Then when I went to look for an x or a back button, there wasn’t one. I tried uninstalling it and downloading it again but the same thing happened. I can’t use the app at all, and the only thing I see when I open it is the ad for the subscription. Please please please fix it sounds like such a cool app and I want a chance to try it

Love this app but now it doesn’t work

So I downloaded the app a few weeks ago and it was honestly great. I cancelled the membership due to the price being too high for me. However, it allowed me to do another 3 days as of today. The problem (and reason for the one star) is solely due to the fact that when I go to “renew” or “restore” (this prompts up after selecting an image to edit) the screen freezes with the “refresh” button pending for hours. Meaning, that you can select an image to edit, however you can’t get past that. I’ve uninstalled and re downloaded, restarting my phone, and nothing works.

Help

Will not let me even try using the effects, I got the 7 day free trial and would like to purchase premium but it keeps telling me that I’m already subscribed. It says I don’t have access to the effects and brings up the purchase screen but I’ve already purchased, still won’t let me use anything. I’ve tried unsubscribing and subscribing again, that didn’t help, I’ve also tried removing the app and re-installing and nothing is working. I would really like to purchase but it seems to be glitched.

PLEASE READ!!!!When I first got this app I was so excited that there was finally a photo editing app were I could access more. I used it a lot. But here’s a new update and suddenly I have to pay monthly subscriptions. I mean what the heck, people just want to edit photos and add something to make it pop people like me will stop getting inspiration from editing and taking photos if all the good apps cost monthly subscriptions. Everything should just premium $10 tops just one time. I understand you app making people might want to earn some money but still this is really irritating. ☹️😐😑

Best Photo app I use

There’s a lot of photo apps out there, this one game highly recommended from a friend over seas. I use it for all my fan trailers and cosplay without fail. The app doesn’t crash like some others, and offers a smart variety of tools to use. I haven’t had to look for anything else, it’s all right here. If you can’t do it with this app, it can’t be done!

I definitely like it.

It has a lot of pretty great options and features for a free app. The trade off for that is a lot of ads, but that's completely understandable and expected. It's fairly easy to use as well. I downloaded it to edit the photos I took of my daughter for her first birthday to make them look somewhat professional since I can't afford to hire an actual photographer. I think the result was pretty darn good for taking photos on my iPhone and using an app to edit them. Highly satisfied

Best photo editing I’ve tried despite quirks

When you think photo editing, you don’t just want filters (which is what the vast majority of photo editors out there offer). I want the ability to superimpose another image, change texture, change the background, etc.

Scam

1. I selected the free trial for the app to unlock all the features because I was really interested in subscribing to the app. However, i got to use all the premium functionalities for one day and then it was locked again even though it was supposed to be for 3 days. I emailed them and asked them about it. They wrote back and said that should not happen and let me know if the problem persists if I exit the app and come back in. Are you for real? Of course I did that a gazillion times. I even deleted and reinstalled. 2. I then was charged for the subscription, which I as fine with because I was genuinely interested in the app. The features were unlocked again. Great. I opted to cancel the subscription right away because I always forget to cancel subscriptions and wanted to make sure that I get to properly use the app and actually like it before I continue. I figured if I do end up using it for what I need then I will select subscribe again and the service will Continue as usual. The minute I cancelled my subscription, all the premium features were no longer available even though on the app it says i have the subscription until Feb 17, 2018. I did pay for the one month so why are the features taken away?!?! Extremely frustrating. 3. I have purchased and subscribed to Many apps. This is the only app that has ever given me this type of problem. I am pretty upset that I paid for absolutely nothing.

App needs work

Downloaded this app & was really excited to use it. Subscribed to it & it said that my transaction went through but then all of a sudden couldn’t connect to iTunes & then it wouldn’t let me use any of the effects & kept saying I needed to purchase even though I already did. Uninstalled the app multiple times thinking that was the problem & tried to subscribe multiple times also but it kept happening. So I finally cancelled & gave up. Super disappointed, I was really looking forward to using this app & it’s effects.

From great to horrible

So I started this app when it was free. Great features etc. Then, later down the road, it costed money ($4.99) per month. I was okay with it. I paid for it. Then now suddenly it is $4.99 per week, $20 per month! What a jump in prices, when no new feature was added to it, since the day it was free. I like the features but not to the point where I get ripped off like that. There are other apps than can do similar for MUCH LESS. They just lost a user. Someone’s becoming full of there money..
