pretty much pay to use

I’ve probably had this app for the least amount of time compared to all of my apps- about two minutes. I take a file that’s >1 second long, try to convert to mp3 and I am taken to a subscription pop up. This is the only file I have tried to upload. I get the company needs some form of monetization, but this is overkill along with the ads. You might as well just make the app pay to download to begin with. Download a different app.

Good converter, mostly accessible

I’ve been using this converter on and off. I find is pretty good. As a blind person, using voice over on the iPhone, it can be a bit clunky but it does work for what I needed to do, which is convert from one video format to another and from video to audio. Recommend to users with good skills.

Multiple devices with premium

I like the apps bf what it does. I subscribed to premium on my iPhone. However, when I downloaded the app to my iPad it won’t allow me to use the premium features. The app continues to tell me that I am signed up for premium while still refusing me access to its features. Is there anything I can do about this? I’m afraid to delete it from my phone and place it on the iPad alone because it may not work again. Please advise

Music Transfer when purchasing Pro

Hey. It would be great that once someone makes the Pro Purchase of this app that the music that was added is able to transfer from one device to the next. My first iPhone broke and I made the pro purchase. When I got my new IPhone and downloaded the app again I had to start adding music all over again. This task was tedious and redundant when it can be made possible for one to be able to transfer the downloaded files again once having got a new phone or simply if the app has to be deleted and re-downloaded.

They stole from me

This app took my money. I was trying to use it simply to convert a video to an audio file. I understand that in order to do that you have to pay for the pro version, however I did not go through with function. I noticed that I accidentally made a subscription but canceled it immediately after... however the app still took $24 from me and I don’t know how to get it back...I am not using the app nor do I plan to... and yet I paid for a full year membership? I need a refund immediately... please... can someone help me with this?

Was working perfectly, until..

This was the best app ever! I could easily convert videos and audio. Until one day, I tried converting my audio, and it says I need to buy the premium version. I had never seen this before, and I got a bit mad. I deleted some old videos from the app that I didn’t need anymore, but still the same thing happened. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it, only for it to say the same thing! Every website I tried either didn’t work, or tried to give me a virus. So this was the perfect app until this unexpected event happened. I now have no other way to convert different and new audios.

Simple review

Decent app, does what it says it will, there’s an option for some paid bonuses such as unlimited importing and such. Recently I’ve been unable to convert/download anything which is my only concern. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it, still cannot download things, the app is pretty much useless now (the things I already downloaded were deleted). Not sure if this has to do with a new update or just my wife connection but if it is just my connection, I’ll change my review.

NOT WORKING😓

I am rating this app 2 stars because I used to use it so much to make videos with different music but it just stopped working properly. I had deleted the app recently and decided that I wanted to start making videos again so re-downloaded it and the first video I converted worked. Then I tried converting another video and when I pressed audio it says 0.0 bytes-00:00 and the video I converted was 11 seconds long and it doesn’t even have a cover, just a picture of a quarter note. Not to mention I converted both to .m4a, but for some reason the second video did not convert properly!!! 😔

It works

I have an older Apple device that Apple is refusing to allow to update so not all the apps work anymore but this one does and I have converted many lectures so I can listen without wifi. I’m not sure why some videos won’t convert but I can always find one that will so I’m not missing anything.

Won’t work even after I paid subscription

I’m trying to convert mp4 to mp3. I converted 1 file, and to its credit this app worked beautifully (hence the 2nd star). After that it said to do more I’d have to pay a subscription, so I paid $2.99 for a week. I tried to convert a file, and again it has a popup saying I need to purchase a subscription (after I’d already done so). I haven’t been able to convert ANYTHING since because this keeps happening. Out of curiosity I even clicked to subscribe for a week (again), at which point I got a popup saying I’m already subscribed & can renew my subscription on August 28. So it knows I’m subscribed & won’t give me access. Super frustrating!
