Great app, exactly what I am hoping for in Plex Analytics

I like that the first thing when I open the app is whether there is anything being watched. History shows a clean running list of previously enjoyed media with links to shows and movies. Users gives an overview of time and shows watched. Lately I can always see server resource utilization. Perfect!

Reliable Dashboard App

I think it’s awesome that we have access to this information, it’s something that it’s already from Plex but it’s not easily accessible from their end, with this that has changed, the only thing I am wishing for for something like this is, the ability to change artwork and manage that info, hope there are some updates planned for the future, so far the app has worked flawlessly, I bought the premium so I can take the most out of it, this has replaced Tautulli for me. The only thing I am not a fan of is the name/logo, but that is just me being picky.

Great app, responsive developer

The amount of high quality nerdy statistics this app offers is phenomenal. I had an issue for which I tried to follow the support link (which took me nowhere) so I posted a review with my issue and developer responded within a day and made sure the issue was resolved within the week. Great great great tool to keep stats on your sever, a nice and more full featured compliment to Plex Dash. Highly recommend :)

Amazing app to keep track of your plex server!

It makes configuration painless. Now I can get into my servers to monitor without having to deal with configuring tautulli access outside my home network. Interface is beautiful, this should be part of the Plex experience! Very recommended, buy the pro or donate to the programmer to show your appreciation and keep the updates coming.

Better than Tautulli

Had tautulli for awhile. So many issues with it not working outside my home wifi. This app is the opposite. Works on my WiFi. My mobile data. Anywhere. No issues at all. Uses plex log in so no other sign on needed. Great statistics you need to know when monitoring your server is great. Easy to read and access data. Bought the pro version for $4 right when my trial expired.

Just like monitoring plex on desktop, except bettter!

Great interface. Clean, Easy to use, offers some features that I’m not sure how to even on plex desktop interface. Would strongly recommend for any admin wanting to monitor activity out and about. Also would definitely recommend buying the paid upgrade, adds a good amount of functionality and is totally worth it.

Great Plex Companion

I’ve used Tautulli for a long time. I run a dedicated server for it and really enjoy the metrics and newsletters it gives me. Some functionality missing in Varys, is a web interface, of which a fully hosted solution would be required so I understand if this wouldn’t be possible. But the newsletters and some other alerts I cannot live without...Would be nice if Varys could bridge the gap between having an on-site server and a fully hosted solution with functionality’s of both...

Great app for the price!

Pros: -Has a lot of info about your server -Shows CPU, RAM and Bandwidth usage -Shows history of everything played on the server and by who -Has a Dashboard of all your users and the usage between Movies and TV -Shows if there’s an Update available -Shows all users and their devices that have synced media from the server Cons: -The badge icon only shows activity for the current server. Would be great if could send activity notifications in regards to all your servers like the stock Plex app does -Dashboard doesn’t have an overview of all server activity. Have to go into each Server individually to see if there’s activity.

Great way to check my Plex server

I love Varys! It allows me quick access to a ton of information on my Plex server in real-time. Being able to change permissions for friends, seeing who is watching what, the performance of the server, and much more really was worth the few dollars it was asking for. I’m glad to help contribute to a worthwhile app that really does offer a good experience and is quite easy to navigate. If anyone is on the fence about spending a few dollars, just do it, it’s something you won’t regret.
