Outstanding App

I downloaded and paid for another app... I wish I had found this one first.The illustrations, the quality, the animations, and the number of knots covered in this app is far superior.I will gladly pay for this app, but free is better ;-)

Not working - hangs on first open

There is some infinite progress spinner, and then the next time I try to open the app I see a “something went wrong!” Message, followed by a pop up saying “Used content provided by API. Original source - …”. Then after I pick ‘yes’ or ‘no’, there are 0 knots in all categories. Shame, as the app looks really nice! Devs feel free to contact me if you need more info to fix.

Great knots application!

A feature I really like is the speed setting so you can see the knot being tied in slow motion. You have a better chance of replicating it

Great Reference

I’ve had a lot of experience with knots - kayaking, fire rescue & utility, navy, scouting etc, but after a few years of not using a knot, I may get a bit hazy on the proper steps. This app is a ready reference for any knots that have faded from memory. Simple & easy to use, it keeps a large collection of knots waiting for quick reference to get me thru any steps I may have forgotten. There hasn’t been any knots I needed that weren’t in this app’s collection. It’s rated five stars in every aspect.

Good app I use to remember how

I’m using this free app to help me remember how and correctly tie some of the most common knots. So far I like the app. It’s easy to understand and follow.

I can’t see how another knot tying app could be any better than this, it’s very handy and I’ve used and practice a lot of these knots just to keep up in case I need one! Thank you!

Great app, great knots.

This is a rip off of the knots app but its free and has all the same features. Works great, haven’t noticed any bugs yet. Keep up the good work whoever you are. 👍🏽

Downloaded because I thought it would be a good pocket tool to share with my Boy Scout Troop. Something that would allow them to practice easily and anywhere. Unfortunately, after I downloaded it and eagerly opened it to find there were no knots listed in any category.

Best instructions for complicated knots

I love the fact that you can stop or slowdown the video. The monkey fist has always eluded me until I used this app. Only wish they had more decorative knots.

Non-functional app

Downloaded the app...when it was done, I opened it and immediately received an ERROR message. Contents of app showed 0 for every knot listed. I deleted the app...re-downloaded it, opened it up and got the same error message. Again...it listed all types of knots but the app contained no actual knot how to content. It's useless. Very disappointed! I downloaded a different knot tying app and it works just fine.
