Millimeters to inches

Retired LEO & SAR

I begin using this app a couple of months ago and was quite surprised how accurate it was. Not only does it send you a notification to carry your umbrella (with a subscription) but it tells you the hours it’ll rain also. I can only see this app getting better and better as weather forecasting improves.Where were you guys while I was working? Keep up the great job.

Simple and to the point

Not a bad app. It's straight forward and let's you know whether or not u need an umbrella. It's not without its flaws. Having the temperature information a little larger would be nice as would paying attention to the forecast, not the current weather. My forecast for the evening was rain, but at the time I used the app it wasn't raining so it claimed I didn't needed an umbrella. Don't know if its a flaw but I was trying to use it late in the day and it doesn't pay attention to the evening forecast. I don't know. maybe a future update will fix this.

False negatives

There’s only one function I need from this app: tell me if I’ll need an umbrella. I am willing to accept false positives, not false negatives.

This app never alerted me. It would rain on my head - that would alert me. Lol. The rain is more effective than this (cr)app. Lol
