wrong formula for language learners

I downloaded this app to improved my English vocabulary since English is not my first language. I though that this app could be useful because I could read books and select a unknown word and listen to the pronunciation but instead I got my native language pronunciation and I don’t need that I already know how to pronounce it. It would be better if with the books that you provide have the English pronunciation. You can keep the meaning of the word on people natives language but do put the English way to pronounce it. That would be more helpful for people want to improve their vocabulary

Possible Defect

There is a bug in this app; why cannot English native speakers learn English? Basically you cannot choose same nationality to strengthen your language. For instance, when I chose English and intended click on advanced level English, the prompt would not let me proceed. Sometimes native English/American speakers need to improve their English by looking at an English translation. Please fix this bug ASAP.

Some time app tries to cheat

I was learning words by beejourney, at 3rd level (character) app didn’t let me go through, cheating, saying that i’ve made mistake, but the fact is that I haven’t. For the first time though that I really have made a mistake, but after few times I realized that app just don’t let you go to the next level. Disappointed by this.P.S. I can proven that with the screenshots.

Lots of typos, misspellings, and grammatical mistakes.

The app could be better in different ways. When reading a book, it should offer the pronunciation of such word in English, as it’d make it easier for non-English speakers. Otherwise, we have to figure out how to pronounce the word by googling it, and exiting the app. Also, the books have tons of misspellings, typos, and grammatical mistakes. Some sentences don’t make sense! Which makes it even worse for English learners. I figure that the developers or creators of the app might have to type in the books themselves because I refuse to think that all authors of such books have committed these atrocious grammatical mistakes. I don’t think the app is worth a $7.99 USD weekly subscription at all. That’s too much money for all the downsides and the errors they need to fix!

Not working, Money Stolen!

I downloaded the app for my mom to learn English. It was working fine until the third day. It won’t allow her to continue unless she pays a subscription when I ALREADY PAID A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION!! To make things worse, the audio won’t play when you touch a word to learn it’s pronunciation. I am very disappointed and my money was wasted on this app.

Can't use the app.

I am an English speaker looking for ways to improve my English skills. However, the app setting can't be set that way. This app looks very promising and I will love to try it out. It’ll be awesome if the developers can change the setting to where native speakers can also learn their native language. Thank you!
