Acting weird all of sudden.

When I initially downloaded the app it was good. However, a few months in it started to glitch. The milestones stopped loading accurately. This occurred for a few weeks, so I deleted the app and reinstalled to attempt to fix the problem. That did not fix the problem. What it did was erased all of my milestones, no milestones are currently loading. I emailed support and they took multiple days to respond, only to tell me to delete the app and reinstalled. I advised them that I’ve already tried that prior to contacting them. It took days for them to respond again, only to tell me that it is a bug that is causing the issue, and they are working on it. I’m completely aggravated with because I’ve got some milestones that I would’ve loved to document, but was unable to because it is not working properly. I really wish they would fix this soon.

Upcoming milestones are gone

So I was checking on a few things on the program and when I went to the milestones section, I noticed that the upcoming milestones are blank. I have had a ton of issues with the milestones section and the video section glitching to where it shows the thumbnails jumping around to different videos that they're not on. This is absolutely annoying. I'm about ready to just part my channel from it and delete the program for good.

I basically paid for nothing

I signed up for the 2.99$ membership and it didn’t give me access to anything I was promised it just took me to the place where I previously bought it and when I tried again it said that you already have the membership

Tired of apps with no basic accessibility

As a blind entrepreneur one of my biggest struggles is not even the basic business concepts but being forced to use tools that don’t have even the basic accessibility written in. Apple makes this so easy that people who put out software that is not accessible either paid some off shore company who takes short cuts or did not pay attention to Apple’s guidelines. I normally don’t write in depth software reviews but in 2022 this oversight is inexcusable. I could not even tell you how any of the functionality of this app works because it is so badly written that even the first screen has no accessibility and is essentially dead on arrival. This may be a great app for the sighted but for someone who is trying to be more than what society labels the blind, I could not give it the low rating it deserves because the numbers don’t go that low.

Milestone Page error

App was working perfectly until few days ago i realized the bottom section of the milestones page is blank (white text on white background). Same thing with the tags explorer page, white text making it impossible to read.

Paid for nothing

I signed up for monthly mobile membership at $2.99 a month and didn’t get access to anything that was claimed. It would just send me to a screen to sign up for membership, I would click on it to be told that I already have membership. I still use the free portion in hopes the glitch gets fixed.

Quick and easy overview of channel stats

Love this app especially since I got it free with a TubeBuddy upgrade. It gives me a quick overview of where I’m growing and where I’m not.Great for getting a sense of your stats on the go.

Buggy

The app is so buggy. Especially when trying to tag videos. It either freezes when you hit the apply tag button or the app crashes all together. Been doing it since i downloaded it. Youll go through pick a bunch of tags in the suggestions and when you go to apply it glitches.

Functionality

Functionality just isn’t there. For example, trying to search for suggested tags & copy them directly to the video. The tags aren’t the same suggestions as working from a pc. In addition, the copy button works maybe 1 time & then when trying to copy more, it does not. I would recommend also adding the score to tags via app.

Service is great, but app isn’t.

This app has too many problems. The thumbnails get mixed up which video they go to, the tag explorer is super glitchy, the comments don’t load properly, the milestones show up in the wrong order, the subscribers don’t refresh, the view count shows up on the incorrect video, and sometimes attempting to share a video is impossible because it automatically closes the pop up after pressing share. Please update this app to fit the quality of your service.They haven’t updated the app in 11 months and all the tools are incredibly glitchy. Especially copying tags. Come on. At this rate I will definitely not be renewing my subscription.
